We recently moved into Murrieta and needed several things done in our home. Rocco @ Oasis was referred by our home warranty policy. If you are looking for a professional business that does quality work, then Oasis Plumbing & Drain Services is the company you need to contact. Rocco Volpe came to do an assessment after calling my home warranty company. He informed me how my equipment was out of code and required to be fixed, as well as the hot water heater that was previously installed was the incorrect size for my house (unlike the previous plumber that came the day before). Rocco walked me through every process that needed to be done and why.

He also informed me that bringing my equipment up to code and putting in the correct size tank was all included in the price he originally quoted me (again the previous company quoted me around the same price for just changing out the tank that would have been the same size that was incorrect). Oasis Plumbing came back within two days and completed all the work within hours.

They replaced the hot water heater, replaced the faulty pressure overflow tank, put in support straps and supports on the side and backside to keep the tank from rocking, took the old tank, and left everything clean after completion. Rocco went above and beyond, which more companies need to emulate. So if we ever need any plumbing done in the future, Oasis Plumbing & Drain Services will be the first company we will ever call!

Rocco took the time to give me a very good explanation about what to look for when replacing my water heater before I even offered him the job. I called a lot of other plumbers, but Rocco was the most knowledgeable and informative, and I felt very confident asking him to do the job. He did a very detailed, quality job.

These guys are excellent. Very efficient and clean Rocco was respectful and friendly. Not only did he fix my drainage problem but also offered advice on how to maintain them in the future. I will definitely call Oasis again when I need a good plumber.

No hot water? Now that's a problem! But Oasis came to save the day. Oasis was referred through our Sears Home Warranty. Rocco was available right away. He diagnosed the problem with our 22 year old gas hot water heater, and then he contacted the warranty staff himself to facilitate the claim. He is personable, professional, and a clear communicator who explained anything we asked. Our neighbor has had Oasis for three separate services and they give him "two thumbs up" also!

I thank Rocco for his professionalism and honesty. He replaced a water heater that was installed by another local plumber less than 4 years ago with inferior pipes/lines. As a result rust/leakage. Rocco also upgraded the tank up to local code and reinstalled hot water circulating pump all at a very reasonable price

I tried to replace a garbage disposal. I'm not the most mechanically inclined person, but I can follow instructions. I gave it a shot and got to a point where I knew I needed professional help. I pinged three plumbers. Oasis was the only one that responded. I appreciated that. When Rocco arrived, I was bracing myself a bit. Guys who work with their hands seem to take special pleasure in mocking the work of amateurs like myself. However, Rocco never talked down to me one time.

He came across as a very nice man and took the time to explain what needed to be done. In the end, he said he had never seen a garbage disposal quite like mine (That's what I get for buying a product from China, I guess) and he had to do a little fabricating to make it work. I didn't feel so bad after that. Everything works great now and I'm definitely keeping Oasis in mind for any future plumbing needs.
