Robin did an excellent job installing plumbing for our freestanding bath tub and updated shower enclosure. He was patient, professional and definitely knowledgeable. He knew what had to be done and devised whatever was necessary to hook up the drain and water lines. His completed work exceeded our expectations. Daniel was absolutely excellent! This experience from my initial phone call was phenomenal thank you for excellent customer. They listened to my LIST of issues and Daniel showed up so professional and eager to help me. He understood my tight work schedule and was determined to get everything fixed the same day AND he did! He communicated his plan and pricing through the entire process. I will only be using Precision for any plumbing needs in the future!

We've been fans of Precision Plumbing and Heating for many years so we called them for our latest furnace issues. Ended up needing a new furnace and A/C system. Everything was seamless from diagnosis, estimates, sales, to installation. This time around we interacted with Chris, DeAnna, Brent, and Jeff, all of whom were great.friendly, professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Cliff was outstanding! He arrived "early", got right on the problem, fixed it with much attention to detail. And then, had me come over to the heater and "explained" what he did "in plain English" which I needed. Very professional and did a great job. I have used Precision several times, including purchasing a furnace from them, and EVERY time they have been amazing. VERY professional, detail oriented, and so nice to deal with in person.

Dave G. is the best plumber that I have ever worked with. Everything was perfect. Punctual, polite and patient. Dave answered every question I had and did so in terms a layman could understand. He handled 4 projects at my home and completed each quickly and with "precision". Even when there was a problem with some parts delivery (not of his doing) he solved it with aplomb. I told him I think he has a PhD in plumbing.

Had a new pressure tank installed, along with bathroom faucet and garbage disposal. David was wonderful, explained what he had to do along with pricing upfront. This is a great company. Nate, our technician was scheduled to arrive between 8 and 8:30, he arrived promptly at 8. Was very professional and courteous and did a fantastic job with the install. Our old furnace quit working and Precision came rout right away and provided is with a quote on the job and also provided us with a few space heaters to keep the house warm until the next day when Nate came out to do the install. Couldn't be happier!
