Team Bob's

Team Bobs was able to schedule service sooner than anybody. The plumber, Josh, was friendly, professional, and helpful. He solved our problem without having to replace the entire unit, which saved us time and money. Team Bobs came highly recommended to us and we would highly recommend them to others. TB is an exceptional local company.

20 + year old boiler failed to worth any longer. Replacement parts to o fix we're not a reasonable solution. Team Bobs suggested that they have an upgrade to a hi-efficient model that would last my lifetime & then some. They scrambled to work us into their busy schedule & ordered a new boiler. Two skilled technicians came out on a Saturday morning.

They did a great job & had the new unit totally hooked up & running around early afternoon. They were courteous & very careful to not to track carpet, They gave me quick rundown of the work they performed and showed me how it works. We are extremely satisfied with Team Bobs & would recommend them to anyone

Adam, the gentleman who worked on our bathroom faucet/sink, was upbeat, positive and open to any questions I had while he was here. He worked very efficiently and did a great job repairing the faucet. In my opinion he is a top of the line professional. I am impressed with the two employees from Team Bob's, Danielle & Adam, with whom I've had contact and I will definitely recommend Team Bob's to anyone who asks!

While we didn't have to end up using Team Bob's, due to the water leak coming from our well, I want to thank Daniel for talking to us after hours and helping us identify the problem. I appreciate your professionalism, and your willingness to help us. I also got a call back from Daniel in the morning, to just check-in, even though it was not something they could fix.

Professional service, responded quickly on an early Sunday morning when our furnace went out, set us up for realistic expectations on timing and cost. Even though I could tell he was having a busy day, I felt like our situation was a priority to him and his support structure. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will not hesitate to call again for future services and upgrades

With the temperature in the low teens I was not thrilled to have my furnace just stop for the second time in one week. This time I was not able to fix it myself with percussive maintenance and my coworker suggested Team Bob's. They were able to get someone to my house in less than 3 hours and fixed in less than 4. I'm sure someone more handy than myself could have figured out the issues but I am not mechanically inclined at all and was seriously concerned due to the age of my furnace that this was a death sentence.

I am so grateful for their quick response time and very polite and professional manner. I am also a nurse who works with cancer patients and was very happy about their continued COVID vigilance.

Team Bobs has come out multiple times in the past couple weeks to help with my furnace malfunctioning. Each time they have been very helpful, giving me information and explained things to me in full detail. I called Team Bobs this morning because I woke up to no heat. Within an hour a service tech was out to my house, brought me space heaters to keep warm until I can get my furnace replaced, gave me information on purchasing a new furnace, and made a call to have someone come out to give me an actual estimate.

With it being a holiday weekend, the tech was unsure when the estimator would be out. Within minutes of him leaving the estimator called and is on his way out to my house. I am beyond impressed with efficient service I have received from this company. I highly recommend calling Team Bobs for your heating, cooling and plumbing needs! I had some unexpected water on my bathroom floor in the morning and found it was coming from a leak on the valves under my sink. I called Team Bob's and they were able to send Joshua Eggebrecht out that afternoon to help. Upon arrival, Joshua was able to diagnose the issue and swap out the old pair of valves for an updated 1/4 turn style, which he explained were overall better quality and less likely to leak than the standard full turn valves. He was in and out in about 45 minutes and now I have the peace of mind that the job was done thoroughly and done right. Team Bob's customer for life. Thanks Joshua!

I honestly have never used any other company. I've been in my current home since July 2016 and have had you install an air conditioner, provide yearly furnace maintenance and then this year replace the furnace and add a humidifier. Everything always goes smoothly. Kevin and Luke were prompt and friendly. They didn't take long to get the job done.

We hired Team Bob's to install our new furnace, water heater and central AC unit when converting our house from propane to natural gas. Jacob and his team showed up on time and got right to work. They were quick, clean and efficient at what they do. Communication with me throughout the day was great too. This was our third time using Team Bob's and once again, I would come back to them in the future for anything HVAC.

Jacob and Simon arrived promptly on the morning of our scheduled installation of a new furnace and air conditioner. They were both professional, competent, and communicated throughout the installation. They ran into a couple of challenges through no fault of theirs, but managed the solutions quickly and expertly with the assistance of other team members. Team Bob's was outstanding from the first contact. Patrick, the salesperson, was quick to reply to my post first visit questions. Just excellent responsiveness at every turn! Great communication! I received a text and an email stating the team would arrive at 8 am on the appointed day. They arrived at 7:55 am. They were good humored, professional, worked steadily, did clean work and were open to my questions.

Of all the contractors from whom we received bids, Team Bob's was one of the highest bids but for many reasons-responsiveness being one of them-we decided to hire them and I'm very glad we did. The only negative was dealing with the financing subcontractor which was NOT a positive experience. Quite poor actually. Obviously it wasn't a deal breaker for us and an experience we differentiated from Team Bob's with whom we could not be happier.

Mike showed up on time, after first calling with an ETA heads up. Was thorough, friendly, clean, and offered suggestions with experience related to a few concerns. Would recommend for service, repairs, and installation. Team Bobs installed this GEOTHERMAL HVAC system which is low maintenance and very economical using the ground water to heat and cool, its very efficient and lowered out utility bills along with the energy TAX CREDIT. James Dine performed the work in our Master Bathroom of installing sinks and faucets and related plumbing. He was personable, efficient, and soooo professional. He is not only a great plumber but an outstanding communicator as well. Also, a clog that had corrected itself would have been a great opportunity for an unscrupulous tradesman to take advantage but he just monitored it and told me about it.

This has solidified my trust in James and Team Bob's. With future projects on the way, James has created loyal customers in my family and we will not hesitate to use Team Bob's and recommend them to friends.
