We needed an inspection of our sump pump for the bank and they came out quickly, the sump pump was found to not be functioning and there was water standing. They replaced the sump pump right then and there, and sent us the receipt we needed for the bank by email within the hour. The scheduling process was easy, everyone we came in contact with was professional, and we will definitely use them in the future.

A1 has been our go-to service for several years. They're always prompt, professional, and courteous. Our air conditioner was not cooling very well. I had suspected our system was low on refrigerant and possibly had a failing start/run capacitor. The capacitor was tested and it was out of spec and needed replaced, and our system was a little low on Freon as well. Our technician Steven quickly replaced the capacitor with one he had in stock, charged the system back to spec and tested it all for any other issues.

Our air conditioner runs much quieter now and cools ice cold once again. I would highly recommend A1. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. Hope I don't need any HVAC repair again, but if I do, I know who to call.

Replaced a cast iron vent stack and drain in a timely manner. My usual company I delt with I had waited since Monday for them to come out today Wednesday and they called and canceled til Friday or next Monday. That was just for an estimate. A1 came out, gave me a fair estimate and knocked it out on the spot. No mess, no hassle and end of problem. I found a new provider of services.

The technician arrived quickly, assessed the problem, secured the necessary products and performed the service in a most timely manner. This was my first time using A 1 plumbing electrical. I had one ceiling fan and 2 light fixtures installed. First, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was given an appointment date. I was contacted by Steven before his arrival right on schedule. He was very knowledgeable and got the work done quickly. There was a problem with the ceiling fan and he had to come back and finish the next day but everything looks great and I know it was done well. Steven even caught on his way out that we needed non freezing outdoor faucets to prevent a basement leak at some point. Will use again for sure and recommend to friends.
