Pat the Plumber

First and foremost, I am extremely thankful for Pat's for getting me scheduled the very next day, since my a/c decided to go out in the hottest week (yet) of the summer. As a single woman, I also appreciate that Pat's sends out information on which technician is coming so I know a bit more about them and know who is working on my unit. Cody and Daniel were both phenomenal!

They showed up on time, were professional, and explained what part needed replaced and why. They provided more information on my a/c unit than I knew and the pricing was reasonable. I will be recommending Pat's Plumbing, Heating, and Air to everyone and when it's time to replace my a/c, I know who I will be coming back to.

We really appreciated Seth coming out. We were all ready to have a condensation pump installed due to the drain backing up. Seth suggested we try cleaning out the drain line first. This service was a fraction of what we were planning on spending for the pump. Seth was able to clear the line and no need to install the pump, saving us hundreds for now.

We likely have more extensive repairs coming in the future but Seth saved us for the time being. We'll be calling Pat back when the time comes! Appreciate your help today Seth.

Daniel was awesome. He is extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. He was able to explain every detail of what he was doing and why. As someone with some experience in this field I was absolutely confident in the work he was doing and will not hesitate to call on him again if need be. Seth was very professional and worked hard to help us solve some issues in our first home! He was detailed in his explanations of what was wrong and ended up helping with a problem I forgot to talk about prior to him coming out. They give many options to figure out which works best for you which I appreciated! I felt comfortable with having Seth in my home fixing our plumbing! He did a great job.

Pat plumbing has been so very helpful from the beginning. The receptionist is so polite! Seth and Trey have both come out to assist us with a few things around the house. They were both very professional and courteous of our time. The shoe covers were a nice touch as well. I am definitely satisfied with the service we receive every time!

First time we used Pat's! A neighbor referred me as they used their services recently and was very much satisfied! We had an upstairs clog affecting both bathrooms. When I called I got their answering service but they called back pretty quickly. I was put on a list that was a couple days out, but they got to me the next day! Seth was great! He had Wyatt with him who was in training, they were both awesome!

They got done quickly and let me know exactly what they were doing. Both respectful of doing their best to keep thing cleaned up. I will definitely use this business again as well as refer them to friends and family.

Dalton was extremely professional and friendly. There seem to be greater issues we need to have addressed and he set us up with the technician who can give us the needed assistance. We recently moved to the area and did not know who to call. Called Monday morning, they were scheduled to be here on Thursday but then had a cancellation and came Monday afternoon! Fixed our outdoor faucet and we are good to go! Very impressed we got taken care of so quickly! Clayton was very professional and explained everything in great detail. We are so happy we called them and will continue to use them for all of our plumbing and mechanical needs!

Trey @ Pat the Plumber spent time explaining our options for "fixing" our takes-a-long-time-to-get-hot-water problem today. We opted for the tankless, recirculating solution as our water heater was 15 years old. He was able to have one delivered to us today, installed it after having to make adjustments to our gas and water lines as well as redoing the vent. All in one day, one trip. It's excellent and we couldn't be more pleased. Kudos to Pat and his team!

Trey came out to diagnose a faucet issue and look at our hot water heater. Fixed the faucet in a matter of minutes. The hot water heater was past it's useful life, knew it but wanted verification. Trey worked up 8 different options for replacement and got it installed the same day! For someone who's schedule varies, this was a welcomed surprise. From start to finish it was an excellent experience.
