Our A/C went out on Sunday. I called them on Monday morning, and Kevin was at our house that same morning. He was methodical in his troubleshooting, found the issue and completed the work that same morning. He clearly explained options that we had.with our aging system and when he left, we had a cool house. I heartily recommend KB Complete and Kevin, for any plumbing or A/C care or repair.

As always, Kevin did a great job with efficiency and professionalism. He checked the problem, explained what needed to be done, and went about the business of solving it. I definitely trust that he will be able to repair/improve any issue that arises. I would recommend his expertise to anyone who needs a good technician.

Kevin was amazing! He cleared the backed up sewer line in our basement before it overflowed. He was quick professional and had a great personality. He cleaned up afterwards and our basement bathroom is back on track! He gave us some tips to keep things moving in the basement which means we need to use a little less toilet paper down there and get some that is not so thick! I would definitely use Kevin and KB again they were upfront with their pricing and it was worth every dollar!

I had an emergency over memorial weekend, sewage backing up into the basement and with it being 10pm on a Saturday on a holiday weekend I wasn't hopeful to get someone to come out. KB sent a tech no problem Sam S. Came rite out and cleared my main line and unclogged everything. Very knowledgeable and good person. His knowledge and personality im sure is a reflection on the company he works for, with employees like that I wouldn't think of using another company going forward in the future.

Rob came out within an hour of my original phone call. He has been to our house twice (I love how it's the same person as before!) and has done fast, quality work both times. He was very fair both times with pricing and billing. He was SUPER respectful of the house and kids and cats and. He really went above and beyond, had great tips, and was just really nice (not weird or creepy like some of those other companies). I would you KB Complete again in a heartbeat!

Nick was awesome he was on time both times that he had to come back, and that's only because they just didn't have a very specific part in stock. He is very courteous very friendly good guy and he worked really fast. Outside of the kick in the pants from the bill which I'm sure it would have been the same anywhere else. Had really good experience with these guys.

I called KB Complete, Chris came and looked to see what they would need and gave me a fair price and without me asking gave me a senior discount. Chris came the next day with a courtesy call as he was on his way. Got in got out, done. I just love when a company does exactly what they said they would do. All very professional. I highly recommend KB Complete.

KB responded to my need for a plumber. Rob arrived at my home within an hour of calling the company. Rob was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and quite capable. I have been a customer of the for more than 3 years. KB installed my air conditioner and furnace. They service my home throughout the year. I highly recommend them for home needs!

We noticed water coming up from our basement floor drain and immediately called around for service. KB was very responsive and had someone over about an hour later. I appreciate that they sent a photo of who is coming over, so I know that I'm not accidentally opening the door for a serial killer. Rob was awesome. He was super personable and friendly.
I also appreciate that he wore a mask and covered up his shoes. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate up front before he got started. He was clear about what he would have to do and about anything that could potentially be an issue. "Thanks" to our attached neighbors (we share a sewer line), there was a clog situation in the main line. Rob was able to clear everything out and get things flowing again.
I would recommend KB to anyone with similar issues. They were quick and responsive, and Rob did a great job. The price seemed reasonable (a few hundred for something that I couldn't do myself), but also, he was dealing with sewer lines so he deserves every dollar spent.

Kevin was amazing. Answered tons of questions and was very fair with his service. Spent all day working on lots of projects on my new home and showing me things we didn't know were issues, but by no means scamming us. Would recommend using KB Complete and asking for Kevin if you can. Will definitely use them even for HVAC now too.
