We were blessed enough to win a new system during a 1st Responders contest (Thank you Stephanie/sister-in-law) and we can't praise Pioneer Comfort Systems enough for the product and work they did.

I subscribe to Pioneer's annual maintenance program which provides 2 comprehensive HVAC service checks per year. Today as part of that agreement, technician Joe Trejo checked the entire system. His professionalism and attention to detail exemplify the philosophy of Pioneer. Thank you, Joe and thanks to Pioneer for continuing to provide excellent customer service.

Impeccable timing and honest service! June 1st, and the outside temp was 94 with the gates of Hell humidity. My unit was not cooling. From my initial call to the time that the repairman (Levi) left was 1 hour 50 minutes. I am sorry to say that Pioneer wasn't the first company I called, but they were the first to act with urgency and compassion. I'm grateful to them and I will definitely be using them for my annual HVAC services. Lisa and Michael, you both are doing your family proud! Thank you for running such a great business!

I had a plumbing issue on a Saturday. Riley responded to the operator request within 15 minutes and was at my house in 30 minutes. He quickly repaired the problem. He was very prompt and polite and efficient. I am very pleased with my entire experience with Pioneer Company. I certainly will call again if services needed.

Pioneer is my go-to. Don came out and saved the day! He was on time, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and got the HVAC systems up and running. He went above and beyond. The lady answering the phones and doing the scheduling is also excellent! Pioneer is my first call.

This is beyond 5 star service! My furnace acted up during our first cold snap and they came our within hours and gave me an option to fix or replace. They were able to install a brand new system within hours. I know a great deal about the industry and I was beyond impressed with every step. Their contact center helped me feel confident they would handle the situation.

Everybody they sent out was announced with a text with their picture and credentials. I understood my options and what needed to be done. I did my due diligence and got bids and they are by far the best value for the best price!

Courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. I told them there was no rush for my repair but they came the same day anyway. Highly recommend them.

I called Pioneer Friday morning about 9:30 or so. In just a short while, Bobby came out to inspect and diagnose the problem with my old unit. His thorough search found the problem, as well as about 3 or 4 more potential problems that would need attention in the near future. He took pictures, and explained clearly as we looked at what he found. He gave me options, and explained the work and cost of each option.

In my opinion, his inspection just proved my money was going toward replacement, not repair. Bobby called the office, got me set for Eric to come show me options on replacement units. In a couple of hours, Eric arrived, reviewed my old Equipment and the notes from Bobby. He discussed replacement options, and explained the differences as well as the cost for each.

I chose the standard unit for heat and air. He wrote up the purchase, processed the sale, and explained the purchase and installation, as well as warranty and service. Monday A.M. Drake and Marshall arrived to start the installation. I showed them the electrical panel box, the pull down stairs, the thermostat and the gate to the backyard, then I got out of their way.

They were so organized, had 100% of the parts / products for the installation. They wasted no time, were very careful, and did an outstanding job! I'm sitting here in cool, quiet comfort thanks to the nice, friendly, professional people at Pioneer. If anybody needs heat or air service, I HIGHLY recommend Pioneer Comfort Systems!
