I would like to introduce CRL Services to your organization. With this purchase, we have been able to retain the personnel that has worked in the service department for the last six years. Also, we obtained the plumbing and sheet metal trucks and tools to provide full mechanical services for our customers plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs.

$200 for someone to come out and just look in septic tank sight pipe and say it needs pumped, but that they cant pump it because they dont have a pump truck so they said I should call their "partner" company. This is after I called them saying I might need a pump truck. After all that they still tried to sell me some $60 chemical to put in the tank after it gets pumped. Called barefoot pumping and thawing, they came out and said the line just needs to be purged and the tank wasn't close to being needed to be pumped. Even gave me pointers on how to avoid this problem in the future. Maybe it was just a bad employee or maybe the company, either way I'll never call this company again.

I was very disappointed. The plumber came out to diagnose the problems with a sink and with a tub. He was 100% wrong on both accounts, yet he was very cocky about it, being totally certain of himself. I still had to pay the 99$ diagnostic, even though the diagnostic was incorrect. Thank goodness the next plumber I called came out and fixed the problem in the sink.

We've had the unfortunate experience of having to call two years in a row. BUT, they have been awesome! We called at 12:30 pm on a Thursday and they were here before 1:00 pm and the problem was solved. We were flushing again in no time. We have city sewer and won't call anywhere else when the pipes start backing up.
