These people settled for $1,200 and when we gave them the credit card info they charged $1,701.25. This is fraud. They are crooks. Do not use their services. Over priced for one and inflate your bill. Criminals!

I tried to call for plumbing service, and only got the run around, I called them on a Wednesday, I was asked to call back the following Monday, when I did they wouldn't even take my information, there excuse was they didn't have there scheduling info, (what kind of business cannot get your info and call you back?). Needless to say, I tried to call them on Monday, Wednesday (I left a message they didn't return).

I called again on Thursday, said who I was, and they just hung up on me. What kind of business does this? Well knowing now how potential customers are treated, I won't waste my time on this business again! know wonder they got such a low rating!
