Updating to add I am now being harassed by the business owners wife. Including a screenshot of my mom confirming their identity and a screenshot of her being crazy! I don't know a Scott Painter, but i'm assuming they handled his situation similarly Seriously stay away!

They are our go to plumbers. Their master plumber is always the person who supervises the work. Clifton tells you all the options, pros and cons, and then sticks to the quoted price. He's quite a character and I always enjoy talking to him. The work he has done for us at home and our business has always been very satisfactory. We have never had to call him back.

We just moved into the area and required the services of a plumber. a relative recommended Ricky Eade Plumbing, saying she has used them for years. an appt. was made ( had to wait a week, the job was not an emergency ) They arrived early, after calling to let us know they were on their way. Work was completed in a very professional manner at a very fair price. i highly recommend them.

Ricky Eade is my favorite plumbing company in town. Their master plumber has taken most of calls and always goes above and beyond. I did need a repair that they were unable to fix and he recommended me to someone who can and he worked a great deal with them! A+ service and they believe in wearing covid-19 protective mask!

Not impressed I called them said they'd be at my house between 8:30-9:00 am the next day. They were a no call no show. Was home all day! Not very professional! I'd like to make a correction to the above previous review. I'd like to thank Clifton for going out of his way to fix the situation I was Very Pleased with the work done and the outcome of the work.

The folks at Ricky Eade Plumbing are fantastic. The plumbing work is top-notch, and the prices are fair. They carefully evaluate the problem and then use quality parts and workmanship to correct the issue. They will explain the work to you and always do the work needed promptly and stay in regular communication throughout the process. We highly recommend Ricky Eade Plumbing- they don't come better than this!

These guys came and was very polite and very educated. They didnt really have time to deal with the problem i had at my home considering it was under the house and it was muddy but they helped me locate the water leak. The guy was also willing to work with us on price. Top plumbers in town. I strongly recommend them

These guys are great. Been using them for years and have never had a problem. They're timely, do good work, and Clifton's got a great mustache.

I almost don't want to leave a review because I don't want anyone else to take their time away, so that I can keep them to myself, but they deserve it. My favorite contractor in town. On more than one occasion they have not charged me a service call for one reason or another. One time they told me they would have to rent the equipment to do a job, and told me I should get a quote from this other company, but that they would give me a quote anyways. Basically they told me where I could get the job done cheaper and also spent their time giving me a quote anyways.

They need someone else to answer the phones, the girl who answers the phones is awful! As she picks up she demands you to hold without even asking you, and clicks off line. I held for 10minutes, and hung up. They don't want my business. The front desk needs to take a customer service class or even better etiquette class!
