I had a septic tank pumped out, the technician (Alfredo) did a thorough job and explained to me the operation of the tank and compartments, also gave advice to help keep the buildup to a minimum in the future.

Great price. Great scheduling. Showed up on time. Large new truck. Alfredo was professional, experienced and efficient. Took care of both tanks and discussed products with me that would assist in the future. I recommend Abracadabra and will use them again.

I have been using Abracadabra Septic Pumping for over 15 years. Most of the time I receive same day appointments. They are professional and thorough in the service they perform. My technician was Manuel and he did a very good job and was nice to talk to during the process. He answered all of my questions with a smile and was extremely courteous.

The drivers are always prompt and polite. The last few times, Manuel has done an especially good job. This is a tough job. It's nice to deal with someone who can perform this job well and still be professional. Much appreciated!

If I could give no stars I would! We have had 2-500 gallon septic tanks on our property for over 20 years. We go about 4 to 5 years in between before having to have septic tanks pumped out. Used this service on 8/3/2020 and recently had to have tanks pumped again a year later 8/15/2020. Contacted the company about the issue and the response was to use someone else because they can't do anything about it.

No compensation, no apology! When they stated that I signed the documents; I clarified that I had signed no documents. The paperwork was handed to me as the technician was pulling away. He never verified with me that both tanks were empty. Only took $316 of my money.

Manuel with Anracadabra did an excellent job cleaning out our aerobic septic tank. He went the extra effort to find a 3rd washout cover that was buried for 15 years! Prior service companies never even looked for it. After completing the job he leveled the various exploratory holes he dug to find the access point that was buried 8 deep. I highly recommend Abracadabra!

These guys are terrific. They are helpful and cheerful, always pleasant to talk to, they do a good job, they're fast. They're really great. They pumped out my tank in about 2002, and when AeroSeptic Maintenance abruptly stopped providing service, they stepped right up. They're just so pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.
