Repairman was pleasant and fast! I I have rentals in Midland, although I don't live there and it was a Saturday night. I needed someone to repair an air conditioner for an older couple with medical issues. Miguel went out and assessed the situation and repaired the thing in a timely fashion. He was very communicative and efficient! I highly recommend this business.

I've had the same repair technician come to my house to check out ac unit to maintain our system Very professional super nice explaining what he was doing ran got parts in like 10 mins nice the entire time courteous always just a real people person and great at his job even the person that answers the phone was nice just feels good knowing that a company like d&d that have people who "care" when it's 100 degrees outside they showed like 4 hours after I called I'm sure it's not that way every time but when you call someone and they really do there best to get someone out to you quick it really means a lot Thank You D&D P.S I'm sorry I can't remember my techs name had some personal stuff going on as well so a bit side tracked but he really needs a pat on the back awesome guy

Had a severe gas leak. Larry Sanchez was the plumber and Gauge? They were both so wonderful. Did excellent job. Both were very knowledgeable in what they were doing. Bobbie Rotan was their supervisor. I would recommend them both to any one. I know that God protected me and my home. Thank you for all your good work Mareda

The employees at D&D were wonderful, from office staff to the technicians. I had no power to my AC condenser due to remodelers/siding workers disconnecting power to my exterior breaker/power panels. The panels themselves had been broken and left in an very unsafe state. D&D identified the issue, provided an electrician to replace panels and reconnect safely and properly.

They also installed a new thermostat. The whole crew was very communicative and professional. Their pricing was VERY good and I highly recommend them over other 'well known' Midland companies.

The thermostat on my heating and cooling system stopped working after eight (8) years. I did not know what the problem was, but I called D&D, the ladies answering the phone were terrific and the young man (Brock) they sent to fix my problem was FANTASTIC; and their costs were more than reasonable. I did not know that nice, professional, and talented people like this still exist! D&D is a SURE WINNER FOR LOTS OF PROBLEMS - I TRUST THEM AND WILL CALL IN THE FUTURE IF I EVER NEED THEIR SERVICES; Thanks Brock for a job more than well done! M&Ms

They were very professional and friendly. They took videos & pictures of my heating system to explain to me what the issue was and how they could fix it. Once they replaced my part to the heater they showed it to me so I could see why it was not working. They even called and text ahead of time before arriving to make sure I was home. Will definitely do business with them in the future and would totally recommend them.

I needed an estimate to have a gas line replaced at my house and decided to reach out to D&D on a friend's recommendation. I quickly had an appointment but their rep never showed or called with an updated time. After three more attempts he finally shows up, doesn't measure or really take any time to assess anything and gives me a grossly over priced estimate. Based on previous work we've had done and the rep's own "rule of thumb" shared over the phone I expected the job to be between 2-3k but was given a quote for over 4k. Needless to say I've chosen to go with another company and I'm not sure if I'll try D&D again.

My advise is to get a second opinion before committing. As a side note I got a second quote from Waters Edge and not only did they show up on time but they actually measured and gathered data for their quote which came out to almost half of what D&D's was. They had no knowledge of the first quote and their number was in line with previous they've done for us.

D&D was great! Able to get it me the day after I called. They gave me an arrival window between 8 and noon but the guy showed up by 8:30 and got to work. His work was fast and I was charged a fair price. Will call again. Service: Drain cleaning
