2H Mechanical is a well-funded and well-planned full-service Mechanical Contractor focusing on offering a more professional business partnership to the General Contractors servicing the Western Slope of Colorado and surrounding areas. We are also currently licensed to work in North Dakota and Montana. The new facility allowed us to upgrade our shop with a JWT coil line and a Namcore Spiral machine. This makes us the largest sheet metal fabrication facility between Denver and Salt Lake. We now provide sheet metal to other specialty contractors in the area.
Services
When something goes wrong, you need a service contractor that knows what they are doing and can be responsive to your call. 2H Mechanical has some of the best commercial service technicians on the Western Slope. Whether you need a HVAC, low-temp refrigeration (reach-in and walk in coolers), controls troubleshooting or plumbing, 2H Mechanical can deliver.
Plumbing and sheet metal are skilled trades that require a full apprenticeship and continuous training. Other than establishing our own apprentice program, 2H had to join the unions to get access to the kind of skilled staff required to man our project with professional staff that could deliver projects that we would be proud of.
There are always cheaper solutions but, be sure that you are not carrying the risk for your contractor. Workers compensation insurance should be carried by the contractor; otherwise injuries can become your responsibility! Liability insurance should also be carried by the contractor. You don't want to be calling your insurance company if something goes wrong.
I had an evaporate cooler replaced on my house. The proposal process was completed in a timely manner and scheduling the work was done quickly. The installers were very professional, courteous, and showed up as scheduled. Overall I was very pleased with the work done by everyone. We deliver high quality installation, service and maintenance of: Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing Systems since 2005.

2H Mechanical is one of the premier full service HVAC companies in the valley. I have worked with them since 2005 and can personally attest to their pride, professionalism, and overall performance. I'm not a paid spokesperson and don't generally leave reviews but was compelled to after seeing the nonsense written in some previous comments. I've been in both facility management and construction here in GJ since 2002 and the team at 2H has always delivered. Do your research before accepting someone venting in a review.

They will over charge you on hours. Guy came to replace a circulation pump on my boiler. Got charged for 2 hours. The guy was at my house for less then 1 hour. He got to my house 20 minutes late looked at my boiler, went to the parts store was gone for 30-45 minutes. Showed back up and replaced the part maybe 20 mins. The real kicker when I called I TOLD THEM WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE UNIT and offered part numbers. Talked to the service manager to see about the additional hour got no where.
He made the comment "sorry we can't carry ever part" that was real professional, well buddy when you customer offers the part number you should probably bring that part dont ya think? He also stated it was "port to port", well this plumber was heading straight to anothers clients house out past 21 road in fruita. I live off of 29 1/2 rd. So I am paying him to drive to the other clients house?
The manager also stated "2 hours isn't bad for a pump replacement". Really 2 bolts and 3 wires takes 2 hours. Been using them for 5 years. Will never use again, and DO NOT recommend them! Response to their comment - yes you got me in that morning but only after I took a booking for Tuesday at 1300 and told you I might cancel if I can get someone else to come in. Then you magical got something available in 30 minutes.

This makes me sick, I had been paying 2H mechanical for two years for service to this unit and many others until 2018. Note the filters are dated 2016! I had let the incident go until I receive a collections letter. I'm sorry 2H But this is Disgusting. I have to protect others from being scammed into costly repairs after neglecting service. Responding to your response.
Note the Picture documenting $6765 of paid invoices for service on the 7 units leading up to habitually notifying Gus that many units would fail in the afternoon. The tenants became so frustrated that they personally called other HVAC companies. Once the severity of the issue became known I acquired an additional opinion. Both companies agreed that the units had been severely neglected.
I made numerous calls and left several messages for Gus that his services were no longer needed. I never heard back yet Invoices continued to come ($500 worth). I hope you can see my frustration with paying for services never rendered. I had moved on until the collection agency contacted me, I hope you'll do the same.
