I called because of a blocked line at about 7:30 in the morning when they opened. By 8:30 or so, John, the tech arrived and got to work. He was efficient and very pleasant. I definitely have found the business I intend to use for any of my plumbing and HVAC needs.

Gabe was very detailed oriented; out of all the companies I had come out and quote us he was the most professional. The other company spent less than 10 minutes assessing the job. He spent almost an hour and half at our property, measuring, testing, and evaluating to ensure that the job could be completed efficiently. You get what you pay for! Highly recommend!

Robin worked with us the get service the next day. John and Zach came and looked at our hot water heater and it was a small problem. John gave me an estimate for work that I want to had done in the future. I'll use Peterson again. Thanks. Parts needed to be ordered and the hot water heater was under warranty. The parts came in and Timmy came out to install the parts. Timmy install the new parts and clean up the area. The heater seems to be working well. I can't say enough good things about Peterson Plumbing. We had bought a nightmare of a house and we had them do a-lot of work on it! Josh is an amazing technician who goes above and beyond. Good employees are hard to come by but no matter what guys they had at our house they all were professional, hard working and honest. Their prices were always fair and sometimes even cheaper than other companies. Highly recommend.
