Kaiser -Battistone Septic Tank Service

Not trust worthy They over-charged me for unneeded services which I didn't agreed to. When I tried to dispute the additional charges, they (a guy with a blond pony tail) threatened me with involving the Ridgefield health code inspector. I capitulated just to get rid of the problem. I regret doing so and would not recommend Kaiser-Battistone to anyone. I've switched to Ridgefield Septic Service and am very pleased with their service.

Kaiser-Battistone is a great company. If you need any type of plumbing or septic service this is your company. I've known Bill for a couple years now and you won't find a more honest and stand up guy then Bill.

I just called Kaiser-Battistone to fix my shower handle and they fixed it on same day but they did a bad job. After fixing we were not getting good hot water, but in other bathrooms its fine. It took a while for us to identify that and when we called back them to address the issue, instead of addressing they started asking extra fee for service; this is not acceptable, this very bad customer service. I haven't wrote any review earlier on anyone but this wrong attitude forced me to do this.

I just called Kaiser-Battistone to schedule a septic cleaning. I told the guy I had just received a post-card from them alerting me to that it was time to do the cleaning (which pretty much tells you they had done the last cleaning - which was for the previous owners of the house). Without asking any questions or saying anything else, the guy on the other end said, in a very curt tone of voice, and this is pretty much verbatim: "I can see from your phone number that you are calling from out of town.

We don't service your area. We don't need your business. Don't call back again." He then hung up immediately, without a chance for me to say anything. Here's the thing. It is 1:30 in the afternoon on a workday, and I'm in the office in NYC, but I live in CT, less than 5 miles from their office. Not only was the way that he did this extremely rude, but pretty much senseless, as he just lost some easy business.

The staff were very easy to deal with and they performed the septic repair on time and for the price they quoted. Would definitely use them again.

My experience with Kaiser-Battistone was terrific. They have taken care of our septic system for years always showing up at our home on time and very professional. We have also used their pluming division to help with a surprise leak. Again very professional and well educated. They fixed the problem last minute and quickly. Good value and very reliable. Thanks for the good work!

Disaster averted thanks to Carlos of Kaiser Battistone. It is the Saturday before New Years and 6 inches of snow in the forecast. I noticed a toilet not flushing properly and then water coming out of the shower drain. I called KB and thankfully it hadnt started snowing yet so they were able to send Carlos who was a very kind and incredibly competent tech.

My sewage pipes were about to explode due to a clogged filter and a ton of water in them. Carlos was thorough in his assessment and lets just say I had a geyser on my front lawn instead of inside my house. He showed and explained more than I ever wanted to know about plumbing and septic systems. I was very impressed with Carlos and highly recommend him.

Kaiser-Battistone was sooo quick in servicing the pumping of my septic! Not only did they show up on time but they called to say they were coming! Who does that? They also knew exactly where the tank was because they went to the town records beforehand. Other septic services I used in the past kept poking around and digging. Those guys are top notch!

I had been dealing with a septic issue for about 3 yrs. I had the sewer line snaked from another company but the problem quickly returned. I called Kaiser-Battistone and they sent out Kenn and Carlos. They identified the problem immediately, gave me a temporary fix and came out 2 days later to correct it. The plumbing has been working great since. Very professional and courteous. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

I had my septic tank pumped by Kaiser Battistone yesterday. Tony C. came by and was professional and courteous. He was efficient and explained everything he was doing. The entire process took approximately 45 minutes and everything, including all the filters in the tank were cleaned and spotless (hard to do for a septic tank!). Tony also checked the operation of the tank and found everything to be in working order. Tony replaced the yard that was displaced so it was barely noticeable that anything was ever disturbed. I would Highly recommend Kaiser Battistone and if you do call them, request Tony C.
