Express pipe has been my most reliable plumbing supply since 04 when I started in the plumbing business. since then these guys always go beyond my expectations every single time Jim Campbell is the top brass there followed by all other guys that won't give up till you find what you need or some other material that will work as well on your plumbing project! These guys rock!

I was looking for very short pieces of 3" and 4" pipes. Nobody carries it locally and I was trying to not spend $40+ for only inches of piping that I need. They tried to help me out by looking in the scrap pile knowing they can push for selling me the 10 footers. That is great customer service. Thank you so much!

Very helpful and friendly! They gave great advice as well. They explained that I didn't have to buy a spanner wrench, while two other places I went to said that I should. l was able to fix my shower faucet myself.

Can't say enough about this business. My tankless water heater took and dump and needed to have it warrantied out. After many calls around the city, Jeff took the time to hear me out and work with me to get my water heater replaced. When many others told me "No" since I didn't buy it their, express pipe went the extra mile to help me. Even though I live in the South Bay, I will gladly drive up to Escondido to give them my business.

As a plumber for almost 40 years I've been to almost all the plumbing shops in the area and none compare to Express Pipe & Supply. They simply are the Best. You guys ROCK! 5 Stars.

Okay it's about time I gave you guys a review. They are the closest Supply to where I live and mostly work. They're pretty cool except a couple of things. They are a little slow. I wish they would deal with one customer at a time. When they're dealing with me and the phone rings I don't want them to pick up the phone and then tell me to hold on. while they deal with the person on the phone it's rude and inefficient.

If they must pick up the phone tell the person on the phone to hold on. I am priority. Plumbers usually have stuff to do and making us wait around is really lame. Also having a knowledgeable team of guys who are there for a long time. Having a revolving door of workers is a bad impression. Now I work and usually go to the one in Torrance California the management the manager there is cool.

Sometimes the workers are slow. Also if your guys are Spanish and they're all speaking and joking in Spanish we don't like that. Not being racist it's just rude. I know you guys can do it. Deal with one customer at a time and have some follow-through

Express Pipe is the Only Plumbing supply shop that Palomar Plumbing uses in Escondido. Jeff the manager, and jim The assistant manager make sure your plumbing supplies are delivered on time, every time. They are also open to the public. What I like most about this plumbing supply shop Are their prices and product selection. As a plumber I need to have certain reliable plumbing products that cannot be purchased at Home Depot or Lowe's. Such as Quality American made copper, Valves, and toilets. Thanks
