They arrived on schedule, did a thorough assessment of the problem, explained what other issues might possibly occur, recommended a water damage resolution service, and fixed the broken pipe. They were careful to keep the property clean, even though they had to spend a lot of time in our crawl space and were delightful to work with. I recommend them highly and will use them for our future plumbing needs.

John Did a fantastic job installing a new water filtration system to my home. He took the time to ask me about what my expectations were and if I needed anything else looked at in the home. Omg Leroy Steele is a fantastic employee. First off this man called politely saying he was headed over, asked if we are available, and home. Secondly this man showed up right on the dot he said he would. He was on time. Thirdly, this man used shoe covers inside the home. Fourth, he explained the issue, my options, and asked for my input. Fifth he explains the costs efficiently. Leroy worked quietly I forgot he was even at home fixing the shower!

He is a very hardworking man and really knows how to represent the company. I would rehire this company and man again. I do hope his company recognizes him for his hard work and dedication. Also I read bad reviews of how much they charge let me say that it was worth every penny because of Leroy!

Benjamin Franklin had a live person call me less than a minute after I submitted a job on Angi's List. They scheduled a technician to come assess and repair my project and would have arrived next day had I not had scheduling conflicts of my own. The technician showed up promptly and was incredibly empathetic and professional. His name was Cristian Giurgila and he knows his craft extremely well!

He took one glance at the issue and knew the cause and effective repairs immediately. He explained that the installation was less than par and that it likely caused the equipment failure that I had encountered. After sourcing the parts for the repair the issue was resolved within a half an hour. BF has a great reputation but their face is their technical staff and Cristian should be treasured for his customer support expertise and sharp skillset! I will be returning to Benjamin Franklin from now on.

Dylan was great. He had to wait 20 minutes for me while I returned home from the airport but did so without issue. He was very polite, knowledgeable and wore booties every time he came in the house. I had a bad PRV valve which he was able to replace the same day (required a quick trip to their parts warehouse). Water is back up and running and I couldn't be happier.
