Diversified Plumbing is the best plumbing services company in the metroplex! They recently installed a bathroom vanity and toilet. They were punctual, professional and flexible. This is the third time I've used Diversified in the past 3 years. They've installed a total of two hot water heaters, three toilets and a vanity. Always, provide friendly service at a reasonable price. They are my first call for our plumbing needs!

Called about a gas smell in the house, before I could call back to see when the on call guy was coming he rang my doorbell. The owner, Chris, came and found and repaired my gas leak on a Friday afternoon. Explained what he found and the repair and said he would come back should anything come up. Followed up after. I will not recommend this company for plumbing services. Our builder used this company during our extensive remodeling. There are many issues with plumbing. Leaked plumbing ruined the wood flooring, garbage disposal incomplete installation, improper gas fitting in utility room to name a few. Always have excuses to service the warranties like we didn't get the email, we are too busy, etc. Not reliable and trustworthy.

I had a little yet BIG problem and Diversified Plumbing Services was the only ones to help me. It was Christmas eve and I had a faint gas line leak coming from the gas meter. The gas company came out, shut the gas off to my house and fixed the leak. However, once the gas was turned back. My hot water heater would not reignite. I called every plumbing company on the internet and phone book. NO one was answering because it was 2:45 pm on Christmas eve except for Ashley at Diversified Plumbing.

I told Ms. Ashley my problem and she contacted her boss which sent two guys right out. The guys from Diversified Plumbing were very quick, respectful and knowledgeable. They where smart and resourceful. They used my neighbors igniter button to get mine up and running right before all of my family came over for Christmas. What a nightmare that would of been.

Then Diversified ordered the replacement igniter button and called me to schedule a time to install it at my convenience. Now I don't know about you but that is GOOD ole fashion service. Thank You Ashley and all the guys at Diversified Plumbing Services (DPS) for a job well done.
