I had no hot water in my kitchen and bathroom sinks and as a result the dishwasher didn't work either. All of this has been fixed and I will be purchasing an anti-scale system since the water here is so hard. My service person Cisco could not have been better and I appreciated him explaining the process. I'm very happy to have hot water again and I look forward to less sediment in the lines in the future.

Jack Johnston and Kendra did a fantastic job of unclogging my sewer system with the Hydro Jetting and they also fixed both toilets in my 60 year old home. My hot water heater wasn't working so I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to fix it. They had installed it in 2013. The technicians James & Josh were very nice. James told us that our elements weren't working, they were corroded, etc and he replaced both of them and said we'd have hot water in a few hours. Cost $500. When the next day rolled around and we still had no hot water I called again and was told it was an electrical issue and I should call an electrician. I asked why the elements were replaced if it was an electrical problem - I was told I would get a call back with answers to my questions but I never did receive a call.

Jack explained to me everything they were doing, and he answered all my questions about the job. They worked tirelessly for about 12 hours. They also cleaned up my front yard really well. I had to have my tankless water heater replaced. It was done the same day promised for the same price quoted. Everyone was very polite and professional. While installing my water heater, there was a sudden leak i my water softener and the tech was nice enough to diagnose the problem and stop the leak before it did any damage-at no cost. They always go above and beyond what I expect.

James Estes was professional, and courteous and extremely efficient. He put booties on prior to walking through the house. After evaluating our tub drain, he gave us options, explaining what needed to be done to remove the deteriorated drain pipe. He was able to remove and replace the 20 year old drain pipe with a new one in a timely manor. He tested the new drain, and made sure the area was spotless when done.

I sent a message after hours and they reached out to me this morning. They were fast! Travis was the technician who came to our home. My 5yr old kept bugging him but he was friendly and engaged in the small talk with my kid. Travis explained the issue and what to do to prevent it. He also advised us of the 67 day guarantee.
