Before investing a bucket of money on your new home, get an inspection from our un-biased professionals. We don't care if it's a good deal or an overpriced tiny home. We just take the time to sort through what you can't see and present you with a clear-speedy report. Job transfer to Palo Alto? Upsizing/downsizing?

I loved Kevin during my first meet with him. He was a very easy guy to talk with, and seems genuinely nice. However, during my final walk through before purchasing the home, one of the ceilings in the home was leaking. We discovered that the leak hadn't started during the time he inspected the home; however, the ceiling was starting to form a bubble, and we were able to see the bubble in the pre-listing photos that were put on the internet.
He looked a lot at the ceilings so I don't know how he overlooked that and/or I can't remember if he mentioned it to me. But it wasn't documented in the report. Also, one of our bedrooms at the time had a massive hole in the closet and I didn't see that documented/photographed in the report at all. Thankfully the hole in the wall was connected to the leak in living the room so we got the whole ceiling replaced (we also found out there was asbestos in the ceiling which is why it was replaced) as well as the wall was replaced.
Please do research on what inspectors do. If you're looking for him to give you a full diagnostic on the home down to the plumbing this isn't your guy. However, he will give you details about the home that the average person wouldn't know, and he personalizes your home during his inspection.

Kevin did a great job. He's Smart, experienced, and paid close attention to detail when inspecting my home. He took his time inspecting everything. About 5 hours to be exact. Hiring Beacon was a smart purchase as he saved me thousands of dollars in the long run. I highly recommend. He's worth every penny!

Kevin was such a pleasure to work with: professional, thorough, communicative. He pointed out things going on with the house that nobody else had noticed and which ultimately were a huge factor in our decision.
