Did not use these guys due to equipment being down but they were willing to go out of there way to help me try to find a solution to my issue!

Great option if you need a plumber. I've called them twice now and both times they showed up same day and had my problem resolved quickly. Will use again, and would highly recommend!

As far as customer service goes they were great very responsive, on time, very professional Unfortunately we got our leaking toilet repaired with them twice and both time the repair did not last and the toilet once again had started leaking Hopefully they work well for others

Service was aweful. Me and my group waited an hour and a half. Never got our food. The table next to us got served before us. Which they came in after us. So went back to work hungry.

We had a wonderful experience working with Tom. He was responsive, reliable, and professional. He came out to give us a quote within a day of being called. He managed to replace our entire sewer line with no disruption of service. We had neighbors who used a different company for a similar repair and were astounded by the difference in the services provided.

While our neighbor's yard was in complete disarray at the end of the project, Tom managed to minimize the disruption to our yard, seeded, and even re-mulched the areas affected by the sewer line replacement. (The re-mulching was not included in his quote, so this was certainly not something he was obligated to do.) We highly recommend and will certainly use this company again. Thank you!

These guys were awesome! We needed our washer shut-off valve replaced. They arrived early and surveyed the issue. He tried to fix it without changing the whole valve but that did not work out. They left to go get the replacement and got back in a respectful amount of time. It took them all of 20 mins to replace valve. He communicated every step of the way!

Thank you so much for getting this job done! And not to mention I called first thing in the morning and they came the exact same day. Most places around here have a 2-3 day waiting game.

This is the second time that we have used Budget Plumbing for a fairly extensive project. Based on other estimates we received, we were able to save a significant amount of money on each project. Techs were very professional and honest about the work that needed to be done, and all phone calls with the owner were either answered or promptly returned. Budget Plumbing is definitely our go to for all of our plumbing needs.

Budget Plumbing replaced our waterline from the tap to the house. It was well over 100 feet. Part was up a steep hill with plenty of trees, not an easy job. Plus they had to bore under a sidewalk and move many patio stones. They were always on time and cleaned up after themselves, and put everything back in place. Our yard grew back nicely but it took some time.

They did a great job and they will be our first call if we run into another plumbing issue. After they finished the work we come to know them on a personal level, they are honest, hard working, and caring people, We highly recommend Budget Plumbing when you are in need. You can trust them.

I called Budget Plumbing after reading reviews online and was not disappointed! We have a water main leak, and Tom promptly came out to give a quote. He was very knowledgeable and polite just as I had read and expected from the reviews. He told me that the problem was, in fact, not ours but the water company's. I would/will definitely call on Budget Plumbing for our future plumbing needs!

We had old oak trees taken out and already had a flush out valve installed (by a different plumber)last year after a backup. We knew our 100 yr old clay sewer pipe to the street was on borrowed time. So I had already gotten a quote from Budget and 3 others. Not only was Budget $1,000 less than 2 of the others, Tom was the only one who wanted to go under the sidewalk.

So when our system backed up right before bed, I called Budget. Naturally the the pipe was in horrible shape on the other side of the new flush out valve so everything was replaced, including the galvanized water pipe that runs along side the sewer pipe. With the extra work, I started stressing about cost and texting Tom. He was quick to reassure me we were in the original the parameters of the price he quoted.

He's very calming and confident when your freaking out. I joke with friends how talking to him is like a reassuring hug.lol. He didn't raise the price for replacing an additional 8 ft. From past experiences, I know this is not normal with other plumbers. They will charge by the foot. So, everything is back to normal. We are very happy with Budget Plumbing, and plan to use them on our future projects. It's hard to find someone with such integrity. I recommend them for any plumbing needs.

We first called another company in Greenville and was quoted an outrageous price of $3200. They made it seem like we were getting a deal. We were going to have to have part of the sewage pipe replaced due to roots breaking through the pipe. Thinking that price was a little high, we called Budget Plumbing. Spoke with Tom and he couldn't have been any nicer. Told him our situation and he said he would go out that day and look and give us a call back with price.

I about fell in the floor when he told us he could do the same job for $1650. He came out the following Monday and completed the job and cleaned up our yard very nicely. Tom is a very honest and dependable person and we really appreciate that. Other big name companies may try and seem to be fair and honest but that was only a front. If you have any plumbing issues, give Budget Plumbing a call. I promise you won't be disappointed!

An all around great experience from the guys at Budget Plumbing! Quick, courteous, and excellent work. all for a reasonable price. They recently replaced my sewer main line, from the house to the street. Tom kept me in the loop through each stage of the process, and his workers are great at their job, and very nice guys. I can't recommend Budget Plumbing enough, I will definitely be a repeat customer should the need arise.

I highly recommend Budget Plumbing. Tom did a great job for me at my downtown property. I needed a sewer line replaced and got several quotes. Tom's was the best quote and I appreciated him because he called me right back. The other plumbers didn't even have their own equipment which is why they wanted to charge more and many of the other ones I talked to didn't sound like they knew how to do the job. Tom did the work promptly and professionally. He also planted grass when he was done and it is growing great. I would definitely recommend Budget Plumbing for honesty and great service.
