Services
The Nelson Stark Company is well known for its expertise in construction projects of any size. The company was formed in 1993 with the merger of Nelson Excavating and Stark Plumbing, two well established companies with combined experience of over ninety years in the construction industry. These related activities create a unique opportunity for scheduling and provide a cost effective alternative to multiple subcontractors. The Nelson Stark team sets itself apart by working with both project management and owners to provide value added services.
In 1928 a German plumber by the name of Frank Stark immigrated to the United States. After working for various plumbing companies, he opened Stark Plumbing in 1940. The company concentrated on residential plumbing for nearly twenty years. Looking to diversify in 1961, Stark Plumbing joined the Local 59 Plumbers Union with the intention of growing the commercial construction side of the business.
Our mission is to provide quality plumbing, site development and specialty services for the Greater Cincinnati commercial and industrial markets. Hire, develop, and retain employees who are committed to our growth and customer satisfaction. At The Nelson Stark Company, our customers represent longstanding relationships that we value.
