We are very proud of this beautiful 14,000 sq foot home that we designed and built on Eagle Lake in Maple Grove. When you call us, we will be able to provide you with a rough estimate of your project over the phone. Why we love finishing or remodeling basements? Simply because we can create a new home inside of the existing home. Our design team will turn an old basement into a nice living space with bathroom, bedroom, family room with fireplace, possibly a bar or cinema room or man cave or play area for the kids.

Dear fellow builders, there are less than 50 licensed building contractors in the Twin Cities that build and remodel homes that have been in business for more than 20 years. Congratulations to those that do quality work and have pride in what they do. Lets build houses that would be energy efficient and would last at least 200 years.
Why it is important for a customer to visit a showroom before you select a contractor for your project? We feel that all customers must know what kind of products will be installed in their homes and how much they cost. What is included in the estimate and what is not included. Nobody likes to have any surprises after their projects has been started.
Mike and Sui from Golden Valley have purchased an old home that was built in 1970s but it has not been updated. They hired us to finish a basement, we finished a basement, they moved in into the basement and we remodeled the rest of the home which included new kitchen, baths, flooring, paint, trim, etc.
We are very proud of this beautiful 14,000 sq foot home that we designed and built on Eagle Lake in Maple Grove. Here we finished a small basement, added a bathroom and family room in the basement, installed new kitchen, remodeled upper bath, refinished hardwood floors, painted everything and installed new carpet.

On Time Contractors (OTC) recently finished our basement. We are very pleased with the results and enjoy spending time down there. I thought OTC's pricing was fair and a good value. I appreciated the quality craftsmanship from OTC's carpenters and subcontractors. Additionally, I liked being able to purchase our own finish materials and have OTC install them.
We did end up choosing several OTC provided finishes, but it was nice to customize our design in places. Overall, we were happy with the results and pleased that we went with On Time Contractors for our project

We contacted On Time Contractors for a quote to finish our basement after reading many positive reviews on Angie's list. Their price was lower than the other two quotes we had and they were able to start almost right away. Aleh and his crew were very hard workers. They showed up when they said they would and worked quickly. They were flexible with us and let us be as involved as we wanted to be as far as picking out finishes on our own and crediting us when we did end up getting thing ourselves.
Our basement was a pretty in-depth project. It's an older house and didn't have a bathroom rough in, and they had to move the main stack to make room for the bathroom. All in all we were very happy and have recommended them to a coworker, who was also quite happy. The only stressful part was that sometimes I would need to pick out something on short notice (I am not a fast decision maker and so a few days notice to have the plumbing fixtures picked out was not easy for me).
I'd definitely use On Time again. Just be prepared to do some of the design aspect yourself if you want a wide selection. Some of the options we were given were limited, but he was fine with me picking out stuff on my own (tile, quartz counters, etc)(Side note, I initially thought they were a franchise, but they are not. Just the one local guy ("Alec") and his crew).

We hired On Time contractors for finishing our basement and they did a great job. They helped us add a bedroom, 3/4 bath, living room, gym and a full wet bar in our basement. Aleh and team were very friendly, offered us great choices of flooring, carpet, granite for bar paints. The project was on time and within budget. I'd hire them again for my next remodeling project!

On time contractors is one the few in Minnesota who can do absolutely anything in a house, they did a fantastic job on our house in Kenwood neighborhood in Minneapolis, it was a difficult one as we moved some walls and finished the attic- i am very satisfied with the process, pricing and final product. Great job.

I am looking to refinish my basement and called for a quote. They use a call center, and before the agent asked me any questions about the project she told me that they only accept projects about $30,000, and I needed to confirm that my project would cost more than $30k. How am I supposed to know how much my project will cost before getting a quote? Update: the local project manager called me back and set up a time to come give me an estimate. The customer service from the call center was still poor, but I was happy to get a call back from someone who was more willing and able to help.
