Advanced Plumbing

Advanced Plumbing is very quick and knowledgeable; however, it'll cost you an arm and a leg! $200 to snake a shower $400 to install a sink (parts already paid for) $400 to repair ONE toilet (I needed 2 repaired) Something didn't sit right with the price gouging. I called Ferguson's to get a quote for my toilet parts - a measly $65 for ALL the parts for my two toilets.

This means they were trying to charge $335 for an hour of work fixing two toilets. Forget it - I'll YouTube it and do it myself. We only agreed on the snake and sink install because we are extremely busy people and were desperate to have it fixed.

I have used Advanced Plumbing several times, as they are the only ones who actually have someone in the office that answers the phone and listens to your issue and schedules your appointment. Each time, the technician advised and recommended what would be best. Always explains in detail what he will do, how much it will cost PRIOR to doing any work and the length of time needed.

From phone call to completed repair, hands down the most professional and personable company to deal with at a time that is never planned. Advanced Plumbing is in my contacts and they are the only plumbing company I will call.

This is the second time that the same service technician came to work for us. He did such a good job the first time on our shower faucets that we asked him to repair our water heater. It wasn't reparable so he was able to change it the same day! Christian is respectful, informative and left everything clean. He told me he really enjoys working with Advanced Plumbing which says a lot about his employers and the business.

We had a gas leak that the gas company narrowed down to the garage that had been converted into a bedroom. They shut off the gas & we were without heat or hot water. We needed to have repairs made quickly as my mother who is 85 yrs old lives with us. Advanced Plumbing was the only company that responded quickly and on time, they came out that day and the technician Daniel Brennan was able to locate where he thought the leak was coming from.

I unfortunately at the time wanted to get a second opinion & had another company come out, which was a waste of time. I called Advanced back & Tina was able to get Daniel out that next day to repair the leak. We called the gas company to come out and they found no traces of the leak, however they found problems not having to do with the leak in the water heater. Daniel was able to replace it same day.

He was professional and very clean in the way he worked. I've had other contractors come out & they always leave a mess I have to clean up, Daniel left it spotless. I hope to never need their service again, but if I do they will definitely be the first ones I call. Thank you Daniel and Tina for your professionalism and courtesy.

We have used Advanced Plumbing for so long we cannot remember when it was we started using them. It started when we got a Rinnai tankless water heater that needed yearly maintenance and the Rinnai Co. referred them to us. Since then they have replaced 2 toilets, replumbed the whole house, Cleared our major sewer lines twice and our neighbors and a friends lines, They have hooked up new tubs, and maintained our lines under the house.

They are currently part of a bathroom remodel that includes all the major sewer lines under the 74 year old home we live in. How many times have they unplugged our toilets, too many to count. I count on them for security and maintenance. If I were to sell the house I would use the fact that the plumbing has been maintained by them as one of the selling factors.

I cannot express enough how please I am with the overall experience I received. I was able to have the issue addresses very quickly and the professionalism of the office staff was outstanding. The technician that came out was (Chris) was incredible. He was knowledgeable, professional and on top of it. He explained the condition of the water heater and validated it was 20 years old.

He provided me options and I ultimately went with replacing the water heater. The water heater was replaced quickly and a much cleaner look compared to what we had. Hands down I recommend them as a plumbing service. I have them down as my permanent service provider.

The office staff was very kind and accommodating on the phone setting up the job. The service man that was sent out to do the work came prepared and was very efficient while on the job. We Advanced as a sub contractor and our customer was also very pleased with their services. They did a great job on installing a new gas line and on the cleanup of the work area. We will continue to use them on all future jobs.

I have used Advanced Plumbing in the past and was highly impressed with their service. I had to call upon them again today for a different issue. Chris came out to handle the repairs to a hose line. Chris was extremely professional and walked me through the process. The repair was done quickly and looked great. I will continue to recommend their services to friends and family. Great job.

Antonio is a professional and very knowledgeable plumber. He was able to repair and complete a job that another company left undone. He installed new drains and vents for restroom and laundry room. So glad Carmen the receptionist was able to assist me and convince me to secure their services. They delivered as she promised they would!

Late one afternoon we had a leaking toilet in our rental house that had to be fixed ASAP as it is the only toilet in the house. Advanced Plumbing was able to come out the very next day to address the issue. Was very pleased at their professional service and the outcome of the sensitive situation. I had a few different plumbers come out including some major ones in Bakersfield they were incredibly all over priced. As I have been in the restoration business for over 15 years this is one of my first times I have used a plumbing company in my local city of Bakersfield at my own house. The repair needed was at a home that I own with tenants in it the technician Chris was absolutely wonderful in communication with me as well as taking a payment from me as I was not able to be at the house the tenant said that Chris was very respectable and got the job done quickly also they had a part for an old water heater. I can't thank you guys enough!

What started out as a small leak in a toilet water regulator valve grew into multiple repairs by the time Christian came to my home for our scheduled appointment. He didn't bat an eye, however, & ended up doing various repairs in other areas as well. He was consistently professional, knowledgeable, courteous & friendly throughout. I would recommend him to anyone needing quality repairs!

Advanced Plumbing Service does a good job. Most recently they came to do a system inspection and did work on my water heater. I've been using them for four years and it's been a good experience overall. They get the job done and do it well. Their technicians are efficient, punctual and polite. Their pricing is a little high but in line with others. Their customer service is good; they are prompt and responsive.
