Let me tell you'll about HPS! I called to get pricing and was greeted by Rita, who was patient with ALL my questions. I was promptly scheduled for an estimate the same day! To my surprise, I missed a call from Frankie who was available before my time block. Frankie was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. He was able to fix the issue shortly after assessing the issue!

I have used other companies in the past and this was my best experience. If you want Honest, Straightforward service with friendly customer service, this is your place. I felt like I was part of the family, not just a custom on the books! Thank You HPS!

I called HPS on a Friday morning about my busted water heater that was flooding my house and thankfully they came that afternoon and replaced it. Super timely and helpful. However the technician, Manny, was a real jerk. Left a huge muddy mess all over the laundry room near the heater and left trash everywhere, including the yard. The plumbing work itself was great but the guy was a terrible experience.

We had an emergency hot water heater went out on Friday they couldn't respond until Tuesday but titan plumbing came right out I would highly recommend them over hps and cost is much better.

We had our drinking fountains refitted for bottle dispensers to give our employees more options for hydration and less plastic bottles. The HPS team was efficient and great to work with. I was having plumbing problems in two bathrooms. They were able to come out and fix the issue same-day. Friendly and fast service.

We had a dripping faucet repaired and toilet gasket replaced. Also, the hose bib on our outdoor faucet was replaced due to a near leak in the 1/2 inch copper pipe. As always, HPS was responsive, efficient and trustworthy. Frankie Rios was our technician. He is friendly, knowledgeable and does excellent work.

I tried to replace a valve to my water heater and, of course, I should have called a professional (my wife told me several times). Called HPS on a Saturday and they sent out Johel Morales. He was very professional and he fixed what I messed up in about an hour. I told him that I thought I could do it because I watched a video. I'll never do that again.

Just ending my aggravation and putting in a good mood again was worth the price, which I thought was very reasonable for calling them out on a Saturday. From the time I called them, to the completion of the job, was less than three hours. Very pleased.

Edgar came to check several plumbing issues we were having after buying our house. He was courteous, patient, and interested in everything we were telling him. We appreciate his great experience and informative advice. He answered all our questions and took care of all needed repairs. We will always call HPS first for all our plumbing needs.

HPS has been our only choice for plumbing services for many years. They always do an outstanding job. Recent work was completed by Johel and Christopher. They explain what work needs to be completed, ensure the work is done correctly and do a great job of leaving the work space very clean before they leave. Had a sewer line plugged and needed to install a cleanout before Christmas. Johel Morales and Christopher Ceja went over and above to get the line repaired and back in service. Great service and communication by Johel.

My sink busted. I bought a new one and called Hps for a quote to remove the old sink and replace it with the one I bought, and we agreed to do the work the following week. Plumber showed up the following week at 1pm and pulled the old sink, cut the counter to fit the new one, redid the plumbing from sink to the wall, and installed the new sink. At 330 the plumber left. Great work. Hps cost for the service: $750. That's $300/hr ($750/2.5hr), (and the plumber mentioned that it took him much longer than he thought it would.)

The sewer line at my 90 year old grandmother's house had backed up into both showers and at the same time the seal on her toilet began to leak. Luckily I had been there to help her get the water turned off to everything and to call the plumber. Johel Morales was the service technician that was on call that hot Saturday and he came over right away to assistant us. He explained what had happened and had the problem corrected in no time! Thank you Johel for everything, I will definitely use HPS again.

HPS is very reliable, for a fair price. Edgar, our technician, has both repaired a leaking refrigerator and installed a kitchen faucet. He is communicative, friendly, and does good work.

Edgar and Joele did a great job for us on our home water supply re-pipe.a very big job done impressively in about two days. Everything was approached with attention to detail and efficiency. They more than left our home better than it was before. They cleaned up and minimalized plumbing/fixtures to where it even looked better. Me and my wife highly recommend HPS Plumbing.

I called HPS early in the morning to schedule a service visit to repair a leaking toilet. To my surprise, a technician was able to come out to my home that morning and quickly repair the leak! I called HPS for a plumber to fix my whole house shutoff valve, and was delighted to find that they sent Edgar. He did his usual excellent job. I should probably have placed this review over a year ago, as at the time, he not only provided excellent plumbing services, but was incredibly kind-- taking care of a big problem for my 95 year old father who had moderate dementia.

We'd had a "budget" plumber install a toilet in my father's bathroom. The toilet leaked at the seal and rotted out the floor, so now we needed both the toilet and flooring replaced. Ordinarily, those things would be done on separate days and the bathroom would be out of commission for an extended period. Edgar recruited, and coordinated with, Jost flooring (they were also wonderful) to get it all done in less than one day so that my father's routine would be as little disrupted as possible.

I am forever grateful for both the skill and the compassion shown by Edgar and this company. I have used them for other work and their plumbers have been consistently competent, polite and left their work spaces clean.

We had our water heater go out on the weekend and the dispatcher had a serviceman with a new water heater at our door within an hour. The serviceman had the new top quality water heater insulated and he upgraded the waterline to Bakersfield City codes within a few hours. The service was great and efficient. The price was lower than what we were expecting for a weekend emergency project, which made us even happier. Definitely the best plumbing service in Bakersfield and I highly recommend them.

First and foremost. I would like to thank Frankie for the AMAZING job he did while he was working at our home. We had paid close to $10,000 for rerouting work that took less than a week to do. Everything we asked of Frankie was done without a complaint or an excuse not to do work. He is a credit to HPS and the main reason why I would do business with HPS again. HPS did work with us so we did not have to pay an arm in a leg which was greatly appreciated. So once again. Thank you Frankie for your excellent service! You turned a painful experience into a positive one. Give FRANKIE A RAISE!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I called and made the initial appointment they provided me a time slot. I took time off of work during that time slot to allow myself to be available when they arrived. Close to the end of that timeslot nobody had called me or texted me to let me know when they would be here so I called the main office.

They told me that they had pushed my timeslot to later. I informed them this was bad customer service as nobody had called to update me regarding the change in timeslot and that I had only taken off during the time slot they initially gave me. While I was trying to explain all of this to the customer service representative I was speaking to she completely continue to interrupt me would not allow me to finish saying even one sentence.

And basically called me a liar saying that the initial timeslot was never given to me. I kept trying to explain to her the inconvenience that they had caused me but she would not let me finish my sentences even when I asked her specifically to let me finish talking. I would never recommend them to anyone as not only did I lose hours from work because I trusted what the initial person had told me but then I was treated with such disrespect and bad customer service when I called to discuss the issue with someone.

I requested a quote on Yelp for toilet installation. I was quoted a price and asked if I could use the Yelp discount. The business manager responded and said yes I could use the new customer discount. I scheduled a time for them to come. The appointment window was 10-2 today. At 1:45 pm, I haven't received a call or message. I call and they say they have been busy.

It should be 30-45 minutes. So after an hour with no call, I call again. They said they will be calling me. They call and then show up a little while later. Now, they quoted me a higher price. I ask why it is more than the original quoted price and they say that is the price. So I show them the messages from the business manager and they say when did you talk to him?

I said Wednesday and they say he was fired yesterday. Ok, that just sounds shady so I said forget it and we will schedule something another time. I wasted my whole day for this inconsiderate, shady company. It sounds like bs just so you wouldn't have to honor the original price and discount.

First, when I booked they said between 4-6 pm. Ok, cool. 3:30 Johel called me and showed up 10 mins later. Excellent! I explained what I was told the problem was (broken line) he says, I hope not that is a 2 guy job with a "per hour" rate. He walked in the bathroom, looked and a second later says, "oh! Its clogged. I'll get started!" Boom! Like the pro he is he got the job got done.

It was a pretty bad back up (don't use flushable wipes y'all) but superman made it go away. He was honest the whole way through. Told me what the possibilities were and the prices but luckily it was easier than we thought. I got lucky! Johel, you are the man!

Jesse was punctual, courteous and efficient. He completed the job in a timely manner and picked up all the trash related to the project. I couldn't ask for more.

As an homeowner and Realtor I have seen it all. And it hasn't been pretty. I am taking the time for this review because this company was beyond my expectations. Kenneth came out and replace my hardware in a shower/ bath. He did an outstanding job! Price, materials, on time, polite, professional, friendly all made a huge difference! Having more work done and plan on referring this company to everyone I know. And that's coming from someone who expects topnotch work. Hire with confidence. You won't be sorry.

The technician, Albert Sanchez, did a great job! He was on time, professional, thorough, efficient, polite and friendly. Our water heater failed yesterday (Sunday) and HPS replaced it this morning.

Called HPS on a Saturday for an emergency call out due to an outdoor pipe breaking. HPS sent out a technician in less than a hour. Albert Sanchez was the technician and was extremely knowledgeable and fast. Pricing was reasonable due to it being a Saturday. Highly recommend this local company. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again Albert and HPS plumbing!

Johel Morales, the Service Technician, arrived exactly at the scheduled time, reviewed the situation, listened to my comments and prepared an accurate estimate along with an accurate estimate of the time needed to complete the repair. He conducted himself in an entirely professional and friendly manner. When he was finished he explained what had caused the problem and presented a solution to avoid this problem in the future.

I called for a quick quote! The price was more than I hoped due to the issue. They advised me of options, no pressure tactic! I appreciate the honesty!

HPS responded within about 10 minutes after I left a voice mail about an urgent issue. One company responded the next day and one never called back at all. They sent Kenneth out within an hour. He spent about 15 minutes diagnosing my problem and trying to correct the mistakes made by the "handyman" who had tried to fix the leaking hose on my pull down kitchen faucet.

He said that he could not fix it properly and still guarantee his work. Even though I offered, he did not charge me for this visit. His recommendation was to replace it with an entirely new faucet and that he had time early the next morning to install it. His estimated charge was about half the price I was quoted by another plumbing company. We went out to Home Depot that evening, bought a new faucet, and Kenneth installed it first thing the next morning. Still working great 3 weeks later. I highly recommend HFS and Kenneth for any plumbing issue and they will be the first one we call in the future.

Same day service - doesn't get much better than that! Purchased a new kitchen faucet.hubby took one look at it and knew he didn't want to tackle the install, so we contacted HPS and they were able to come out the same day! Frankie was polite, professional and fun to talk with. He did a great job. Will definitely use HPS again!

On time, wore a mask (as did I), assessed what needed to be done and did it. Cleaned up afterwards. Pleasant tech (Frankie) and offered to comeback if we experience any problems.

Woke up this morning to my bedroom carpet wet and water all over my bathroom floor. Called HPS and within an hour they had a technician out. Frankie was prompt and had the problem fixed within an hour. He was great! Thank y'all so much for fixing the issue!

I hired HPS to assist with a kitchen remodel. Edgar, the technician was amazing! He came out the day before my countertops were going to be demolished. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He was in constant communication with me about the job. The job turned out to be more difficult than anticipated. Edgar installed my new sink, faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. We are very pleased with the quality of the work. We would definitely use them again!
