This store has everything you need for kitchen and bath all in one place. The displays are very helpful. The options are many. The customer service is top notch. I love working with Raven. She was patient with me through iterations of selections and kept everything organized and priced everything that I selected competitively. I had been to one other store for faucets and the like and did not appreciate the customer service. When I went to keidel I looked no further!

Always call to make an appt and they say you don't need one. Check in at the front desk to get on the list to talk to specialist then people who don't check in just pull them aside to "ask a question" and end up skipping you. Worst system ever

Errors with ordering, repeated missed deadlines, commitments to return phone calls that never get met. Staff that goes on lunch for hours or out of office completely without resolving your issue. Even the so called on-site manager was incapable of even looking up an order to find out the status. Staff turnover seems to be very high. My strong recommendation is to avoid at all costs.

Even if you spend $4k+ dollars it's the same horrendous customer experience. Sure, supply constraints are a fact of life right now, but flat out lies and incompetence is not an excuse. Spend your money elsewhere. Pity I couldn't rate this business with ZERO stars. Shocking way to do business.

We built our home eleven years ago, and this was the supplier that our builder used. We had a wonderful experience back then. Back then, we sat down with a salesperson and he walked us through every fixture we needed for our home. If I remember correctly, his name was Greg, but I believe he is no longer there. We were extremely pleased with the service, as well as our fixtures.

A few years ago, I called service because we needed a towel bar to add to our master bath, and I wanted to match what we have. The salesperson on the phone was patient, helpful, and ultimately ordered me just what I needed. Now we are renovating our kitchen, and we have visited the showroom a few times. They do have a good selection of kitchen fixtures. Yes, we could purchase on-line, but I feel the need to see these things in person in a showroom. We've had mixed experiences upon our visits.

The young salespeople in the showroom don't seem very enthused about their jobs. We did ultimately purchase a kitchen faucet from them last week, and the young saleswoman was very helpful. I don't remember her name, but her initials are KJA (from the sales receipt). If we went back, I definitely would ask for her!

We purchased a bath trim kit and were told we'd receive a call when the store received the kit. We never received that call. I called two weeks later and was told that the kit was in. When attempting to install the kit, the trim plate was too small for the hole in the tile. I returned the kit and was charged a $45 restocking fee. I walked over to discuss it with the saleswoman who said a refund shouldn't be a problem and she'd discuss it with her manager and give me a call.

I didn't hear from her so I called her a week later. She said she hadn't had a chance to talk with him and she'd call me back. I never once received a call back from this store. I called and left three voice messages for the sales person. I called and asked for the plumbing manager and the woman who answered the phone said someone would call me back that day.

I called and asked for the overall store manager and received the same treatment. No one ever gave me to courtesy of returning a call. For a brick and mortar store, I am shocked by the utter disregard for customer service. I will never visit this store again.

Excellent service. Responsive. Was ready to purchase new parts but was told I did not need and shown how to use what I already had. Will shop no place else in the future.

A fantastic selection to fit any need and personable associates to help you find what works for your project. Raven is helpful and patient. She was able to help us decide what works best for our needs and offered great suggestions.

Went to buy a shower head and told we were number 4 in line to be waited on, waited over an hour and still no one came to help us. Finally the receptionist said a sales person will be with you in 5 minutes she is looking up some prices. We sat for another 20 minutes while this sales person was sitting at her computer looking up prices and ignoring that we were sitting there, finally we left. Bad customer service!

Impossible to get through to someone when looking for a specific item. It shouldn't be that difficult to get an answer. Front desk transferred to sales who transferred me to the counter who transferred me to sales (cut me off before I could say they sent me to the counter). Then ended up getting transferred to a voicemail box. Called back was told someone would call me back.

I arrived at the store 20 minutes later (no call back). Walked in to counter sales was told to go inside to lighting. One rep working with several people waiting. Went to front desk. She walked with me back to lighting and then suggested a try the counter since lighting was busy. Anyway, needless to say I did not get helped and just left. Will not come back and don't recommend unless you have the patience of saint and all the time in the world.

We bought $1200 of ceiling fans, were told they'd be in in two weeks, and they said they'd call us. Four weeks go by and we've heard nothing, so I call. "Oh, they've been here, didn't anybody call you?" No, nobody called me. I said I'd come pick them up on Saturday. Person on the phone neglected to tell me the store WOULD BE CLOSED that Saturday (Labor Day weekend).

So I wasted a trip to the store. Today, against my better judgment, I called to inquire about a part I needed. My call was transferred, put on hold. And on hold I stayed for a long time. I finally hung up. They've lost this sale and all my future business. Also, while there last summer we looked at kitchen faucets. The one we liked was $200 cheaper on Amazon, so that's where we bought it.

Horrible customer service if you are looking for just appliances. No reception as you walk in. Had to locate a salesperson myself. Not expected for a so called small family business. Plumbing section very nice. Minimal options for appliances. Will not go back due to lack of any appliance assistance.

Called Keidel to ask about availability and price for a 15 white round vitreous china undermount sink. Bruce told me he was too busy with customers to look up the price for me and if I placed an order it would take 4 weeks. He hung up the phone before I could say anything else. I was shocked by this terrible customer service. Needless to say, they won't be getting my business as I remodel 2 bathrooms.

My wife and I are in the midst of remodeling are kitchen, and looking to incorporate various products carried by Keidel. Throughout the course of our visit, a span of approximately 20-30 minutes, we were not approached for help or sales assistance. This despite our inquiry, for assistance, upon arrival. Although we are on the younger end of the spectrum, when it comes to home ownership, we have been very fortunate with my career and her personal business. Subsequently we have been afforded the ability to spend accordingly.

Unfortunately it appears that our age determined, ultimately, our relevance as a Customer. Luckily, during our visit, we used this as a perfect opportunity to showroom shop and determine what we will be purchasing for our remodel. Unfortunately, Keidel will not receive our business due to our experience.

A wonderful location for all your plumbing needs. My plumber recommended that i visit this location for unique items to in my home. Upon my arrival i was greeted and shown around. I got what i needed and started plans for a bathroom remodel. Thanks to my plumber i didn't end up at a big box store with inferior supplies.

We got all of our plumbing and lighting fixtures from Keidel and we couldn't be happier. A friend referred us and we stopped by on a Friday afternoon. The receptionist greeted us and found a salesperson within a minute. We were pretty surprised, since we just walked in. We ended up working with two different people, one guy for plumbing and then a woman in lighting.

They were both really knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We ordered everything we needed that day and we even took a faucet home with us. When our stuff came in, our salesman called to tell us. My husband picked up our material in the back part of the store under the cover, and even though he got there about fifteen minutes before close, the men at the counter were still friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back for our kitchen remodel!

Keidel is a giant showroom featuring all sorts of kitchens, baths, cabinetry, and appliances. It's a bit overwhelming walking in, but I thought within the vastness, we would find what we came for. We stopped by to look for some new lighting fixtures and was greeted by a young woman who took us over to a table, plopped a catalog in front of us, and walked away to talk with her friend. She never came back to check in, so we browsed, waited another 15 minutes, then left as there were no salespeople in sight. We took our business elsewhere.
