Plumber referred us to this company and I'm so glad he did. They came out the next day and found the leak under the floor. Our plumber was able to make the repairs the same day. I was hesitant to use them after reading the bad reviews however after speaking with the new owners I was confident they could help and they sure did. The technicians were very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. I am very satisfied with their services.

This place was exactly as they say on the website the technician that came out was Caesar he found the leak in the exact spot under the slab in less than an hour and when the plumber couldn't seem to find it in the four foot hole he dug Caesar came back within an hour and helped the plumber pinpoint the leak in less than five minutes absolutely pleased with the service

Arriving home the other day I noticed a huge water spot in my front yard. I began to dig looking for the source. After a few hours, exhausted, I noticed I had dug up quite a bit of land. With the cold evening started to settle in I decided to call ABQ leak Locators. Steve was responsive and knowledgeable right off the bat. He set me up with an appt. first thing the next day. Caesar and Miguel came out as expected; they began to pull equipment out and immediately started their unique process. An hour later the leak was found.

I am so glad a friend recommended Albuquerque Leak Locators to me. I've been going through a long, drawn out, frustrating process of locating a mystery leak in my front yard, without any success. I called Abq. Leak Locators and spoke with Steve the owner. He gave me a detailed explanation about the process and fees for the service. Steve scheduled an appointment for me the very next day, which I thought was amazing. Called this company when we received our water bill and it was doubled so we knew we had a leak. They "guaranteed " they could narrow down where the leak was within basically a 2 foot radius. They marked where they said our leak was, we called a plumber had him dig up where they stated the leak was and nothing, no leak yet our meter is still running when all water sources have been shut off. Called back to Abq leak detectors and they wanted to charge another $500 to come back out to look for a leak they guaranteed to find the first time! Keeping in mind this was all within a 3 day time period, it's not like a lot of time had passed justifying another service fee! And another $500!

The water meter confirmed that there was a slow steady flow. I called ABQ leak Locator and they were able to send a crew out the next day. Used Steve to find a leak at my leak prone home. He was quite remarkable. He uses a proprietary method of purging the whole pipe system with a mixture of pressurized gas. Then utilized hand held detectors to locate the gas escaping from the source. Although he cautioned me this could be a lengthy process, he located the source of the leak in less time than it took to set up his equipment! Drilled a couple of deep holes in the ground with a long auger, and scored on the second try.

I then had an irrigation firm locate and repair a faulty T joint the next day. I carefully checked the area around my house, and because the leak was several feet down, simply could see nothing above ground. Couldn't be happier, and will definitely use Steve again.

This company worked very hard and finally located it. He is very knowledgeable and guarantees his work. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Please read your contract before you sign. They came and while drilling for a leak they caused another leak. They said they found my leak but it was the leak they caused while drilling. They wouldn't fix the mess they caused nor did they find the original leak. The contract says they aren't responsible for the damages they caused so read before you hire them.

Our home main water line from street was leaking. I used ABQ Leak Locator because of their unique method of finding underground leaks. Other leak locating companies use sound detection to find leaks. Our leak was small and possibly under our driveway or walkway to front door. I didn't feel the leak could be found by sound alone. ABQ Leak Locator found the leak without any problems. Do not use this company! Steve and his company incorrectly identified the source of our leak. Our plumber spent hours looking for the leak in the "identified" area, which required tearing out a wall unnecessarily. Steve then lied to try to blame his inability to find the leak, which was obvious after simply removing a face plate in our shower, on us. He is unprofessional and rude. We will be filing a lawsuit.
