We used other plumbers before we found Reliable Plumbing, and we will never go back. The lead plumber, Dominic, is personable, very knowledgeable, and a really good plumber. He also communicates clearly what are the options, potential outcomes, and costs for the work. Their prices are very reasonable, and they act with integrity. They came in and fixed things that other plumbers did not know how to do, or who were flat out wrong about what the issue was.

We've hired them to do 5 jobs (including replacing a 65 year old sink (challenging situation), water heater replacement, toilet replacement, fixing kitchen sink), and each time I'm so grateful they did the work, and I feel relaxed knowing it was done properly. On one job, there was a billing question and they resolved it very fairly. They have excellent customer service, and they really know their stuff. I cannot recommend Reliable Plumbing enough!

We are thrilled with the service we received from Reliable Plumbing. When alerted by the city that we were using excessive water we called our regular plumber and felt pretty put off and minimized. Dominic from Reliable was able to get to us quickly, identified the problem, and got our repair scheduled efficiently. While this is routine work for plumbers, it is stressful territory for homeowners. Dominic and Brandi acknowledged our stress and that helped us a lot. That, and getting our repair done quickly! After a handyman service dropped the ball, i contacted Reliable Plumbing, they sent out Dominic and he did a great job! Reliable Plumbing is who you want to call for your residential plumbing needs. Owner Dominic came out on Saturday(!) to give us an estimate. He was super friendly, informative and certainly knew what he was talking about. His original appt. time was actually moved up by one week. He replaced the main water line to our house. We also sheepishly inquired about his ability to see to another plumbing issue that we were having but had forgotten to mention at the time of our estimate. Dominic was gracious and very willing to do it before he left which was so kind.

He guarantees his work and doesn't finish till the job is done right. This is a hard working man who stands by what he does. No advertising other than word of mouth and via reviews that folks write. Had a great experience with Dominic from Reliable Plumbing. They were able to come out and give me an estimate within 24 hours (which is significantly faster than the other plumbing companies in the area). Dominic took a look and gave me an estimate that was 80% less than a competitors. He then came back on his day off to get the work done, as he didn't have the exact coupling required on the day of the estimate.

During the whole process both Dominic and the main office were responsive and easy to get a hold of. Overall, great experience, very professional, and significantly less than the competition for great work.

Reliable plumbing is great. They booked my service in less than a week from my call. Other plumbers were several weeks backlogged. Reliable doesn't even begin to describe how fantastic the service is! A young woman named Brandy answered my call and dispatched a plumber named Dominic. I thought I had handed him a laundry list, no pun intended, of chores to do for me, but he did it all with such ease and such cheery calm and so quickly that I wish I had more for him to do. Found a break in my main water line. Had one quote initially that told me he couldn't come repair it until 3 weeks later. Called Reliable Plumbing that day and they told me Dominic could come out the next morning for a quote. Sure enough he showed up, provided a solution and gave me a much more reasonable quote. Best part is that he told me he could start the next day! Hiring him was a great decision.

Really awesome guy that knows his stuff and doesn't like to make cheap fixes. Sure enough he did exactly what he said he would and I had my water turned back on two days later. Really appreciate the willingness to get it done so soon. Would definitely hire Dominic again!

From setting the appointment with Brandi to having Dominic come out to give us a bid. the customer service was above and beyond! Dominic even fixed our dishwasher loop for free!
