Ben and Josh came out to my home to service my furnace which had not been serviced by the previous owner since it was installed in 2012. They were on time, very professional, very knowledgeable, but most of all honest. One part did need to be replaced and Ben made sure to take the time to explain and show me that the part was not working properly.

This extra step of explanation and demonstration puts trust in the consumer that they are not being taken advantage of for the work being done. I will definitely be recommending Allred's Plumbing to anyone who needs work done. 5 out of 5 - great people!

We, like much of the PNW, discovered a broken pipe after the winter storms, so we had to turn the water off and find someone we could trust. Mike was recommended to us, and when he and Mark came out today, they saved the day! They were friendly, professional, courteous, and most importantly-helpful. They did such a great job of explaining everything to us so we could understand and make decisions.

Not only did they fix our pipes so we could have water again, but we felt like they took the time to educate us as well, which we really appreciated since we hadn't had plumbing issues before. Thanks Mike and Mark for fixing our cracked pipe and getting us back into our home! You made our week!

Josh & Ben showed up to do an estimate and I agreed to proceed. They left saying they would have the office call me back when they could get me scheduled- probably just a day or two as they had the items in stock. To my surprise, they came back in about 15 minutes saying they could get it installed today! I said, "Let's do it" and they did it. In and out in about 4 hours and my wife and I were thrilled with their speed and professionalism. You can bet we're hanging onto Allred's number the next time we need a plumber. Thanks so much! Josh and Ben came out to fix my boiler after it suddenly stopped working, and they were both very efficient and professional. Allred's Plumbing was referred to me by Craftsman Plumbing after they evaluated the issue, because Craftsman was closing their shop for the Christmas holiday, and they couldn't get the needed part before they closed. Allred was available to get the part from Eastern Washington, then come and install it for me just before Christmas.

A third company told me they wouldn't be able to come for three weeks, so I was extremely grateful that Josh and Ben were able to come so quickly, and I was only without hot water for three days.

The technician, Ben, who came to service our furnace, was fabulous! Just the fact that someone could come the next day to fix our furnace, which had stopped working the day before was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable, gave us several options of what we could do and explained everything really clearly, and fixed and cleaned the furnace quickly and efficiently. We were cold and now we're warm! We are very appreciative of Ben and Allred's.

Pipe burst and these folks were my heroes with same day service. They were very honest and up front about availability given the circumstances so I knew what to expect but about midday I got a call that they were able to get to us. They showed up, found the source and fixed everything in less than an hour for what I thought was a very reasonable price given the emergency house call. Will definitely use and recommend Allred again.

I had 2 very old exterior faucets that needed replacing, including one that was leaking. I also wanted an estimate on adding a 3rd exterior faucet. Matt and Max were helpful, immediately outlined their plan of action including several options on the new faucet. They presented my options, and I chose to do all 3 jobs. They immediately set about making it happen, and were finished in barely 2 hours -- much quicker than I had expected. And their final price was even adjusted down to reflect the actual final work. They did a great job.

Mike did a very detailed and thorough job of detecting a leak in our upstairs pipes and performed a replace and repair of the pipe and also replaced the kitchen sink pipes and valves. The job was lengthy and exceptionally completed. He can back yesterday and performed a Thermal Scan to detect and possible leaks in the downstairs section of our house under a 90 day warranty of his previous work.

His recommendations are worth following up on. Allred's has very skilled employees and provides high quality work and follow-up recommendations. This is the 3rd time we have used their services and have always been very happy with the quality of their work. Mike is a journeyman plumber and is well worth the work and detail he performs. You are the company we will continue to be using and I highly recommend doing business with them. Thank you Mike and Allred's!

We found called Allred's on a Wednesday due to a suspected kitchen plumbing issue and Tameka at their office was able to get us onto their schedule for the next Monday morning. This morning Mike, the plumber, arrived near the start of the estimated arrival window and was efficient, concise but definitely informative with his findings and provided a full list of options for addressing the issue.

We decided on the option that worked best for us and we're already on the schedule for the follow-up visit later this week. So far, it's been a pleasure (as much as dealing with an unexpected plumbing issue, and the necessary fixes, can be) working with Mike and Tameka at Allred's and I have no reason to doubt the work provided later this week will be anything less than exemplary. EDIT: Mike and Reed returned yesterday and spent all day in, and under, our kitchen working on the repairs we discussed on Monday.

At each step, they kept us updated on progress, what they were finding and let us bounce questions off them about anything we didn't understand. While there's some additional work to finish up today, I can definitely say that Mike, Reed and everyone else at Allred's we've talked to have been a pleasure to work with and provided exactly the service we hoped for.
