Dean has come to our home a couple times now to fix various issues. He always gets the job done, and in a timely manner. When there was a mysterious odor coming from our toilet, we werent sure if it was the toilet seat (an easier, cheaper fix) or if there was an issue with the flooring around the base of the toilet (definitely a more expensive fix). He could have easily started with the tougher fix and charged more, but instead he told us he would start with the easier thing first and take it from there. We definitely feel we can trust him, which can be hard to find.

Travis came out and I explained the problem to him. He immediately took the time to investigate potential causes for the issue. When the time came to look a little deeper for a solution, he experimented to find a way to fix our problem that other plumbers we hired werent able to think of. update: I had another issue -- needed a new washer hookup. Not too crazy. They came out a few days later to take a look, gave me an estimate on the spot, and were able to come out the next morning to do the work. It looks fantastic, saved me literally a thousand bucks. Nathan arrived on time and quickly got to the root of our clogged sink and drains. He communicated the problem and solution very well. Rooter Man has been awesome in time of emergency. They are quick to answer the phones and get you on the schedule. Very polite and knowledgeable. We have had them to our house twice in past 6 weeks due to damages caused by another company.
