Great service. I schedule from year to year for my maintenance. April and October. The technicians are friendly and reputable as well as timely. The techs do a wonderful job on my a/c, furnace, water heater and dryer vent twice yearly and never leave any type of mess. Quite frankly, I would not consider any other company.

Scott was very professional. He said that the heating system was working properly and efficiently. He did tell me that there is something that may need replaced in the future and that they would be watching it but that the system should work fine for this Winter.

Prompt, professional, personable. Central PENN hires only the best. I'm grateful for them.

The technician Casey arrived on time time identified several problems and fixed them all immediately, cleaned up and was very professional. My husband and I had several questions about other plumbing and heating parts and Casey directed us to talk to central penn for a system check up. This was a great experience and we will send all our house needs to Central Penn. Oh and the price was great too!

Scott provided summer maintenance for my HVAC system in June 2024. While here, he professionally answered several questions I had relating to the care and maintenance of my system.

As always, tech was on time and polite. All systems running smoothly since we started using them for maintenance.

Central Penn Plumbing Service Inc has always been a company we can rely on. They perform preventive maintenance on our oil furnace twice a year to keep it efficient and reliable. We are also very pleased with the quality of the electrical work they performed for us which involved replacing a fuse box with a breaker box for a sub panel. They also bailed us out a few years ago by proving incredibly rapid emergency service on our oil furnace.

I highly recommend Central Penn Plumbing Service, Inc. Recently their technician, Brian, responded for an AC issue to my elderly parent. He was very professional, courteous, continually called me (out of town) to advise what he found and how he was going to fix it. He also called to advise me my mother-in-law had fallen in the home while he was heading toward his truck.

He found her on the floor, picked her up, and stayed with her until a relative could get there. Brian, thank you so much for going above and beyond the scope of your job! Also, his work was great and he fixed the AC on one of the hottest days so far this summer.

Mark provided a spring inspection. Was very informative about was he was checking on. Not only did a nice job but also interacted with our pets. He also made sure he was not tracking dirt. Hopefully he'll be back for the fall inspection

Chris did an amazing job. He was very professional. Found the problem quickly and got the parts to fix our water heater. He made sure everything was working before he departed. We will definitely use Central Penn Plumbing again and highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Earlier today, Mark arrived to perform seasonal maintenance on our home's HVAC system. He was on time and remembered the placement of our equipment from a previous visit. Mark is personable, polite, and knowledgeable. He took the initiative to add salt to our water softening brine tank and advised us of the need to add more. He is welcome in our home at any time and it would great if Central Penn could ensure that he performs all regular service for us.

Had our kitchen sink drain replaced quickly and with no after leaks by Chris. Their services were well worth the time and aggravation of fumbling through it myself. Good experience

Central Penn Plumbing has been our HVAC company for 14 years and we love them. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Today Austin was at our home to preform our spring maintenance, he was friendly, on time, knowledgeable and got the job done.

Great experience from the beginning. As a new homeowner, I had a lot of questions. They were patient and provided me all the information I asked for. After the free estimate on a new HVAC, he even came back a second time (for free) to answer more questions and ensure I had all the options I was looking for. Installation went very smoothly and completed in 2 days. Highly recommend!

Five stars are not enough to express the quality of work and dedication of the employees at Central Penn and its owner, Scott. Our geothermal heating unit stopped working in the middle of winter. Geothermal units are very complex, particularly when they rely upon an open ground well system. It turned out that there were multiple problems with different pieces of equipment, which required follow-up visits and coordination with the well company. Scott and his team were fantastic the entire time and they never stopped working/investigating until all the problems were discovered and solved.

Every one of them was extremely professional and kind, clearly explaining all the issues and processes involved. Central Penn saved us from having to replace the entire system in the dead of winter. We could not have asked for better service and time and attention to our problems -- AND at a more than reasonable rate. Their office staff were also great to workk with. We ultimately will be replacing our heating system (with a conventional heat pump) and we definitely will be using Central Penn.

Everyone is very easy and pleasant to work with. The office staff are friendly and accommodating. The guys who come to the house are exceptional. Knowledgeable and helpful. Today we missed the appointment accidentally so they found a way to work us in another time today. Thank you for your exceptional service.

My Central Penn Plumbing experience was fantastic. We had a couple things that needed potential repair in our home, and they guided us with wisdom and expertise. Very trustworthy, and I was impressed that some thing I thought needed repaired actually did not, and they were honest and told us that it did not need the repair and why. They could have easily said it needed fixed and I wouldn't have known any different. They also gave us a great price on our furnace and AC unit that both did need replaced. I recommend this company!

After purchasing my home last year, I contacted Central Penn (listed on paperwork from the newly installed heat pump), to schedule the annual service. I've been using them for everything ever since! The clerks/front desk staff are always so friendly, helpful, and responsive. Austin, was the technician who responded for my heat pump and I now request him every time!

He's extremely knowledgeable and helped guide me through what he would be doing and why. Being a first time home buyer, he really makes the process easy. He shows up on time and is always professional and kind. In my past employment (with a construction company) I've worked with lots of subcontractors. Central Penn really stands out as a company who cares and they've been great so far!

They are reasonable and stand behind their products/services. Austin goes above and beyond every time he's here and it's very appreciated! Been using Central Penn for the past year and everyone has been very professional and super friendly! They call to remind you when services are due which is nice since I'm not always thinking about getting my heater tuned up before winter when I need it! Most recently had maintenance from Ben who answered all my questions and was respectful of my home! I highly recommend!
