Christian and Giovanni did an amazing job with our AC installation and hot water heater replacement. Both guys were really personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. My husband and I contacted 888 and by the afternoon, Ian came out to address the concerns we had with our water heater, showed us what our options were and gave us a great deal on our choice. The next day, we had the work scheduled and 3 service providers came out, Jensen, Mason, and Geo. They took care of our house, were extremely polite, and knew their stuff.
After installing it all and cleaning up, they explained how our system worked and what they had to do to install it. I honestly cannot think of anything all of these folks could have done better. And.we now have hot water!

888 heating has always been the best! I would highly recommend you become a "member" of their service as it provides good discounts and adds the benefit of a sustained relationship. This past week I had a routine service on my boiler. I ended up having to leave my house just before Deri arrived, however, because Deri has always shown the utmost care for our house and our boiler/air conditioner, I felt comfortable letting him into the house with nobody else home. He did the routine service and locked up when he left. Can you say that about your service providers? If not, then 888 is the company for you.

The service tech who gave us the quote was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He checked all of our plumbing to make sure the unit we wanted would work and to insure an aqurate quote. The installation went smoothly and quickly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with our whole house filtration system.

VERY impressive and knowledgeable service. I am a loyal customer to my vendors. But I have to say that may not have been a wise move. By not shopping around you have no basis for comparison. Simply said-I wasted previous dollars. My system has never been checked as thoroughly as this team did and for under $100. Best money I ever spent. No up sell pressure.

Not only did he do an excellent job he brought to my attention a possible issue with another appliance in the same mechanical room.
I called a service person out that day to examine that appliance and sure enough there was an issue that was able to be resolved without damage occurring to my home. Thank you Brian! Thank you 888-you are my go to company!

Very professional, very clean, very polite and very respectful. On time, responsive and zero hassle. Had HVAC system cleaned and repaired. Installed a new gas line, and added another. Installed a new hot water heater too. Benito at 888 was fantastic. All the gals at the office were very professional and responsive. Every person that did work in our home were top notch. Call this company first! They offer competitive pricing and they are honest which sometimes is in short supply. For example, another HVAC company told me that it was mandatory to replace my A/C unit at the same time I was getting a new furnace. That did not make any sense to me since the A/C unit was working just fine. So that company certainly did not possess enough honesty to earn my business.
The 888 Techs who replaced my furnace were great to work with as well. Tom & Mason are great representatives of 888, and their HVAC work was fast and very professional. I look forward to having them service my new furnace in the future.

From the initial office contact to the arrival of the technician and his final assessments. I was impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness to detail. The technician was able to address the initial concerns and provided us with pictures and details of what needed to be done immediately and what could be done later. We used his service for the immediate concern and are weighing are options for replacements, which are costly. He was honest and informed us that 888 wasn't on the low end or the high end of costs. I appreciated that. Overall I had a satisfactory experience with this company.

We used 888 Heating & Air Conditioning to replace our furnace and air conditioner several years ago and we were so happy we selected them. They come several times a year to do maintenance and cleaning of our units. They always do a great job. They are on time and very knowledgeable about what needs to be done. Justin recently came to check on why our air conditioner had stopped working. He quickly found the small problem and fixed it quickly. Great company with great employees.

Our AC randomly gave out and we've been in heat storm pretty much for a couple of days. So we finally called 888 and they came same day and even arrived early. Mark was our tech and he was very professional and answered all questions we had. He had our AC up and running within the hour. Amazing service

Our 888 technician Ian B. was extremely professional & did an excellent job of quickly diagnosing and resolving the issue we had with our a/c not staying on long enough to properly cool our house. Within 20 minutes he ran tests determining the a/c unit itself was working great and asked questions which led to our issues not being related to the a/c unit but caused by our having an older thermostat controller which we made the mistake of keeping after our new a/c was installed by 888 as well as our having several a/c vents closed likely causing our year old a/c unit to shut off prematurely which it is designed to do when air circulation is too restricted. He very clearly explained the issues then replaced our thermostat with a newer model. Thanks Ian B. and 888 for your valuable expertise & customer support.

I had 888 heating out last week to quote for a new furnace and a/c installation. I had my quote that same day and decided to go ahead and have it done. They scheduled the service for a week out, but knew it was semi urgent for us to get it done. They called me back the next day and moved me up a couple of days. The technicians were here on time and were super helpful and great to chat with.
Once they were done with the amazing install, they took the time to walk me around and explain in detail every bit of the install. The overall experience was amazing, we could not be happier and the new system is light years better than our old system. Thank you so much 888 Heating for everything!

I recently hired 888 heating to perform maintenance on my heating & air conditioning systems. I received multiple bids from leaders in the industry. I decided to go with 888 Heating because Matt was extremely professional & didn't just give me a quote for the maintenance, he was the only technician to figure out why my furnace was getting so much dirt in the system. Matt went above & beyond cleaning the system & fixing the root cause. 888 Heating was also a great value, their quote was as much as a $1,000 less then some other companies.

I was able to get an appointment to have my furnace checked and possibly repaired within two days. Bryan and Mark arrived on time, placed booties over their shoes then went to work. They were very thorough taking pictures of various parts of the furnace and shared their findings throughout the inspection with me. I have an older furnace, and I very much appreciated the fact that I did not receive sale pitches to get a new furnace immediately or else as I have with other companies. Rather, Bryan provided me with options and suggestions. Thank you for a job well done!

I cannot recommend this company enough! This Saturday (one of the coldest days of the year) our heat went out. I called 888 and explained the situation and that we have a 2 month old baby in the house. I called them at 3:30 and they had a tech to my house by 4:45.
Justin was extremely professional and took the time to explain with me the work he had done and what had happened. He had our heat back and working in no time at all. He even had brought space heaters in case he couldn’t remedy the problem that trip.
I would definitely recommend them to work on your HVAC system if you need it. I can’t thank them enough.

The entire team at 888 was absolutely fantastic! I interviewed and received bids from 7 HVAC companies before ending up with them. I went with 888 because they truly took their time in the bidding process. They were the ONLY company to do a load test without me asking. The bid process took about 2 hours. The day of the install everything went very smoothly.
They took my system from 1985 and brought me right to 2020! The entire crew was professional and took the time to explain what they were doing along the way. I am looking forward to seeing how the annual maintenance program goes with the company and will report an other review year on their progress. I couldn't be more happy that I found 888 Heating. The technician was extremely professional and knew exactly what he was doing. What really impressed me was that he was able to install a smart NEST thermostat in a condo built in the 70's with only a simple 2-wire fan control cooler/heating system. I couldn't believe he got it to work but he did and it works flawlessly. The knowledge and experience these guys have is astonishing.
