2024 Feb: Son and daughter-in-law discovered a leak and contacted O&M for assistance. Andrew was sent to investigate and found a pipe blockage, which he promptly resolved and made sure the toilet and tubs were functioning again. O&M has consistently provided us with affordable, reliable, professional, and friendly service, making us loyal and satisfied customers. 2022 Dec: O&M came over to initially replace a toilet and discovered a pipe clog that we thought might be serious.

They cleared it, set the new toilet and hauled the old one away at a reasonable cost all while being dependable, professional and friendly. We remain loyal and happy customers! 2022 June: We have been using O&M well over 10 years now. Most recently, they replaced the toilet flapper as well as repairing the toilet flange w/ new deep brass ring and re-set the toilet.

Very, very happy with his work, as always! 2021: We have used O&M since 2011 and have been *very* happy each and every time We had a pipe burst in the garage this winter due to the extreme cold. Joseph came out and repaired two pipes and replaced the washer box. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and polite.

While nobody enjoys a plumbing mishap in their home, O&M is great to work with. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and they get the job done.

My new garbage disposal died right before Christmas dinner, so I sent an online message the next morning, but didn't expect to hear back right away! The owner Ben called me within 30" and had a plumber in my kitchen within an hour! The disposal was fixed in less than 15" and Andrew even showed me how to do it myself next time and gave me his tool for free. Literally couldn't have been better service. We've used O&M for all of our plumbing needs since moving here 3 years ago and will continue to!

Antonio was great! He was profesional, friendly, and even pointed out an unrelated issue in the process of completing my hydrostatic pressure test that I didn't even know I had! 10/10 solid group, and will definitely be using them again

The job was performed by Mr. Alex and Mr. Antonio. They were punctual, knowledgeable, respectful and customer oriented. I did have high expectations as I studied the details of the project well ahead of time. These gentlemen did a great job. It was not cheap, but it was worth it.

Plumber Ben came out to diagnose a leak in our yard close to.the house. He diagnosed this quickly and gave us a fair quote. After our acceptance the leak was repaired quickly

Alex showed up time and went over the problems. reported. Provided estimates and gave time to ask questions. Got back to work and did a professional job. minor mention : should have cleaned up the work area outside(water shut off value/pressure valve) also cleanup inside the city's main water control. Since it is shared with neighbor we need to leave it the way it was before.

Love the place! They took care of my plumbing after the foundation had to be lifted. Carlos and Antonio took care of the dirty work and cleaned up nicely after work. After trying just about every possible way to unclog the kitchen sink, these guys were recommended by a friend. The entire process was smooth and worry free. From the initial call, to scheduling the appointment and having the guys do the job, every person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and courteous. They provided constant communication via email and text throughout the entire experience. I will definitely come back to them for any other plumbing issues, they were excellent.

World class. These guys are as professional as they come. Very rapid response (on a Sunday btw) and I scheduled my appointment for Tuesday. Not only did they show up on time, they actually called and asked if I wanted them to show up EARLY! The gentleman that arrived even offered me a thorough, detailed explanation of the work he was going to do. I paid the bill and it was HALF of what the other company wanted. These guys were very easy to work with and incredibly honest. What was quoted as a 2-3 day job turned into a 7 day project due to complications with the foundation and location. With the addition of a tunneling crew, the cost estimate stayed exactly the same. They even chipped up the rest of the tile for us so we could re-tile our bathroom they were working in. 10/10 would recommend and use them again.

I've been using O & M for a few years now. I cannot express how amazing and professional they are. I've used their services from minor repairs to installing a water softener and a full home water filtration system. They're pricing is very fair and their work is astounding. They were also able to point out the real cause of my low water pressure that even my build and my builder's plumber were unable to resolve. O&M are my go to for any plumbing related repairs or projects.

I needed to have a gas line moved to install our new wall mount oven. O&M showed up, took a look at the setup, and was done within 2 hours. The entire time the rep was consultative and thourough in how he communicated what needed to be done properly. After install, the connections were tested for any leaks and all is well in our kitchen again in time for the holidays. Pumpkin bread never smelled so good. If you have something you need done right the first time just call these guys and check it off your list. Solid company with exceptional care for their customers.

O&M Plumbing services did an excellent job installing a new sink, faucet & disposal. They were very professional, skilled & priced fairly. They even went above and beyond in replacing small parts we didn't realize we needed. We highly recommend & will use them again if ever needing plumbing services.
