Michael did everything.he was asked to do and did it in a very professional manner. And thank you for getting him out here so quickly to get our leak fixed.

Sam did a great job in explaining what he was doing and showing the camera feed with commentary on what we were seeing.

Sam arrived on time. Very professional. He explained what he needed to do to solve our problem. Made sure the line was clean and clear. Would definitely use them again. Very reasonably priced.

Update today10/12/22 : Dave came and installed a new water heater very kind and knowledgeable and was able to get this water heater in a very tight space (kudos )And Reeds gave a much better price on this service than several other companies in town. 2021: Wayne Oz came out this morning very friendly very pleased with my service thank you so very much

Reeds plumbing provides a 10/10 service every time. Highly recommend you use this company. In a business where attention to detail and honesty is of the upmost importance, Reeds comes through again and again. It's been great working with this business as they make it a team effort every time. They have done plenty of in home repairs and a ton of plumbing inspections when purchasing a home.

Called a different company because I thought Reed was expensive, ended up being the other way around, Reeds was more caring and much, much cheaper than the other company, now if I need a honest Plummer will call Reeds without hesitation because I know they will provide an excellent service at a decent price. Reeds converted my wood fireplace to gas this week. I couldn't have been more pleased. They came out and quoted the day after my call and came in at $850 less than the first quote I had. They started work the day after that and the tech that performed this was as professional as anyone I could have hoped for. I had 90 feet of gas pipe installed, along with 2 outside shutoff valves and an inside valve next to the fireplace, in the floor, controlled by a key. Looks great! Finally, they sent a city inspector out the next day to ensure everything was done up to code. Warm fuzzies for me. Thanks, Reeds!

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Reed's Plumbing, HVAC & Excavating for the amazing work they did on our water main last week. They came out the same day we called them to give us an estimate, and they worked us in for an appointment just a couple days later. Within hours they had the yard dug, the new pipe run into the house and we had water again. They even helped us move a pile of dirt we’ve had just sitting in our driveway since they had the equipment out there, which was awesome of them. If you have a plumbing problem, I highly recommend them!

Brent and Justin were great! Competent, considerate and effective. Found and fixed leak in water supply system, excavated in wet ground and left very little mess. Highly recommended!

They cleaned our sewer out which had not been done in who knows how long and he did a great job considering the mess it was.

Needed a gas issue looked at, as well as a leaking faucet drain looked at. An extremely fair price that was on point with the estimate. Just slightly higher, as we opted to replace the water lines to the faucet while working on the leak with new stainless steel lines (which I prefer over rubber). Gas issue was also fixed, and the entire system was checked for leaks. Both issues fixed in 2 hours. I will definitely keep Reed's at top of mind for my next fix.

Kevin Robb was my service tech. He returned my after-hours call promptly, showed up at my residence in 30 minutes, repaired a hot water heater outlet leak and fixed my Piezo ignition circuit. Rather than a quick fix, he made certain with multiple tests that everything was working, and then answered our questions - educating us and sharing his opinion and knowledge. We have had a growing list of needs and replacements in our house that Reed Plumbing will soon be taking care of, without question. Highly recommend this company, its ownership and team of pros!

I have had another company come out to my house twice now, once because tree roots were growing in my pipe, and once because my A/C drain pipe was overflowing. The other company's solution? Dig out my pipe in the back yard ($4600 quote), dig out concrete and put new pipe inside for A/C drain (expensive). Reeds came out to give a second opinion both times.

Both times Robert came out and did an excellent job. He was quick, thorough and did a much better job than the previous company. He made sure everything was working before he left, and the service was much less expensive. But most importantly, he gave me maintenance options and did not recommend the extreme options that the other company did. I will only be calling Reeds from here on.

Excellent experience with the plumbers from this locally owned and operated company. We learned a lesson the hard way to stay with the company who has served us well in the past. The plumbers who worked in our home, Matt & Wayne, were very professional and honest in their assessment of our problem. They are an excellent example of what customer service should be. They represent Reed's well. If you have a plumbing issue do not hesitate to call Reed's.

Called Reed's about our major clog. We got a quote right over the phone, and a guy was at the house less than an hour later! Our troubles were solved in under an hour for 1/4 of what another company claimed it would cost. The service was fast, the tech was polite and competent, and we have no intention of going to anyone else for plumbing problems in the future.
