In the time we have had these services/Warranty, this is the best experience we have had. Gerald Largo and Adam did an exceptional job with the inspection and cleaning on our AC unit. Their attention to detail, willingness to explain concerns they saw with our unit, potential future issues, and suggestions on repairs was so reassuring. Previous techs have either rushed through the inspection/feedback or focused on up selling.
This experience felt more like a partnership, a desire to fix an issue and the sales part just happens to come with it. Gerald is very knowledgeable and his desire to help others radiates. I highly recommend requesting this pair for future inspections. I know I will keep them on my list for future visits.

Manger - Drew was very knowledgeable and on top of the service that I was requesting & found someone right away to come the same day. Service Tech - Angel was very pleasant and friendly man with a smile. He was very knowledgeable in everything that was needed to be done and he got right to work quickly and efficiently. This July my 12 year old AC units were struggling to cool the house and I was informed my units needed to be replaced. I contacted multiple contractors including Emergency Air. Kristian represented Emergency Air and was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of my current unit and provided multiple options to replace my current units from lowest cost up to more expensive and efficient units available.
He explained in detail the installation process and what Emergency Air would be able to improve based on their installation. Kristian helped me get the best price on the new multi stage efficient units I liked. Raoul and his installation team were very professional and courteous. The new Carrier units have performed flawlessly since installation in July and electric bills have seen a significant decrease so far. Thank You Emergency Air and your team.

If it were not for the amazing service from Ryker and Gary, I would not have given 5 stars. However, they immediately apologized for the issues I had with scheduling the services and then got to work. They were efficient and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Rich Delaney was the technician that serviced my HVAC 2 units and did an excellent tune-up on them. This was his second time at my home and again he was a gentleman and real professional in addressing the maintenance of my units. Upon completion he reviewed his findings with me in terms that could be understood. I want to note he indicated how much he enjoyed working for Emergency Air and I believe he is an excellent representative of his company. I also would like to state Summer was very helpful in making arrangements and follow-up for this service.

William was great! He was very thorough in reviewing what he was going to do and why, her was very personable, and recommended a hard stop to extend the life of the equipment. The scheduling team has always been on top of the schedule and was able to tell me when to expect Will, and we're always positive and well-trained. They were very thorough on my one year anniversary visit. Ryker took pictures of the specs for my unit and the actual readings from his gauge to show me my unit was in compliance. He put plastic covers over his shoes when coming inside. He explained I had no insulation in my attic and sent me estimates for the work using different grades for foam or fiberglass.
I'd like to thank Marina and Maria for handling the scheduling and updates on my appointment. Truly a top notch company with excellent customer service! I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace or repair their a/c unit.

My technician Jose Mata, was the best technician I've ever had come and do maintenance under my plan. He explained everything, took pictures, and really did a great cleaning of the system. I was thinking about canceling my 5yr contract with Emergency Air because of the poor service. I'm sure glad I didn't. The new owners have implemented new standards of service and hired people like Jose Mata who take pride in their work. Than you!

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained to me, what he was going to do. After he had completed the maintenance on my A/C units, he showed me photos of before and after. He cleaned up the outside units. All of the leaves and debri were removed from inside the units cover. He was very polite and enrolled me in the Hero's Program. I would recommend to service any owners of A/C units.

From the initial call to set up our regular maintenance service to the moment the technician walked into our house the communication was top notch. The technician William was so courteous and knowledgeable. He let us know up front what to expect and each step of the way and he gave us a report card at the end of the service. He was respectful of our home and our time. This is the best experience we have had with an HVAC company. We will definitely be requesting William for all our follow up maintenance and service.

Last week I was on my couch watching t.v. When I noticed I was perspiring? I went to check the temperature in my home which I keep at 76, the thermostat read 90! I did a search on my phone & found Emergency Air Heating and Cooling. I gave them a call & within 90 minutes a Technician was at my door. My AC stopped working early evening on a Wednesday and Emergency Air was able to get a technician to respond within a couple of hours. Pat was professional, performed a thorough assessment and provided me with detailed feedback on the issue. He got us up and running again and we are very thankful. Everyone was professional, James R is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, included pictures, and was quick, he seemed honest. I was very happy with the service I received from Summer and Teagen with the appointment process. I received reminders and a photo of the tech. The part he replaced was pricey, even with a discount. I don't have any comparable prices. My unit is on the roof so I trusted what James showed and told me. The inside unit was not checked other than the coil.

Really impressed by the customer service. Appointment was set really fast even in the heat of AZ summer. Service technician Josh Marcelain was extremely quick at diagnosing the issue. He reralized he had a tool missing for the job, but he was back within 30 minutes with the tool to take care of the fix. I have had Carrier A/C in my house for a long time and they truly stand by their customer service and support! Kudos!

His friendly demeanor was a breath of fresh air. Gerald took before and after pictures as he was explaining what he was checking.
