Today they saved me. I got a plumber from another company to come today to get shut off valves and cap the drains of my unfinished bathroom, the plumber came looked at my bathroom and basically said "Sorry for waisting your time, i dont want to do this job get someone else". I quicked called CPI Plumbing to see if they can help me because my plumber from another company just left me. CPI sent me someone one who arrived just 1hr after I called, he completed the job the same day.they did a great job, great quality of work, the precission, it was worth every penny. Ryan was the plumber, super knowledgeable, kind, and just good at what he does. For sure I will use them again.

Michael Olsen did an exceptional job yesterday repairing our Triangle Water Boiler in our cabin on Decatur Island. His service was prompt, efficient and thorough. He displayed a lot of knowledge about our boiler and I highly recommend him. Tom

Manny came by on time. Asset my problem and told me I needed septic company. No charge, I will need other plumbing services in near future absolutely call them first. Plus very nice and cheerful don't see that much anymore.

Trever came out early and was very helpful giving us multiple options and informing us that our piping underneath the house wasn't sloped properly. We made an appointment, Oliver, called as they said before appointment and showed up on time. Thoroughly checked every area to determine where our water leak was coming from. Provided estimate as he said he would. Consulted with the company to give us an accurate estimate. 5 stars for all around great service. Chris has great attention to detail! He was also nice to all our fur babies (we have 2 dogs who were demanding of his attention as well, haha). Davis Cook came to my home and gave me an estimate on what needed to be done under my house to get the heating working in the back of my house as it does in the front. He was personable, on time, answered all of my questions. I couldn't have asked for better service.

We called CPI and had an appointment the next morning. Our CPI plumbers showed up in uniform with smiles on their faces and analyzed my problem. They presented solutions with costs. Within two hours our problem was solved to our complete satisfaction. We were so impressed we even signed on for their annual maintenance agreement plan! Couldn't be happier.

Arnaldo was a consumate professional. He did an assessment of my Mitsubishi heat pump that was not working and found a simple solution to the problem. He spent the time needed to help me understand all the assessment steps he took to fix my heat pump. Thank you for making sure my home will be warm this winter and providing me a plan for maintenance in the future. CPI was very responsive to my online request for an appointment and taking the needed information so Arnaldo was well of the issue needing to be addressed. We had a water leak apparently from our outside hose bib that flooded our laundry room. CPI was able to get us on their schedule quickly. Calvin identified the problem which was a burst hose bib. He ordered the part and was able to complete the job. Calvin was professional, answered our questions and even identified a problem we were unaware of on another hose bib.

The guys put covers over their shoes, they checked out my problem. They looked for the easiest solution first. They did a great job telling me all about their A B C solutions plan and the cost. I'm every happy with their work and both of them. I will use them again in a heartbeat.

I requested a quote from CPI for a new water softener. They were very responsive and communication was top-notch. Ryan came out and spent a lot of time explaining the options and pricing. I'm still reviewing the bids to decide which company to go with but I was very pleased with their responsiveness. The installation of a post water softener filter and proper softener flush line installation was contracted for today. Wesley Born and one other tech arrived on time (they called in advance), and worked until finished - about six hours later. Wesley listened to my preferences for the flush pipe routing and they did a professional job.

I won't hesitate to use them for future jobs. It's nice to have a trusted plumbing company in the area! I requested that CPI proceed with the final phase of the job and install a new water softener. The wanted to update the cost proposal and frankly I was getting a bit frustrated with the number of inaccuracies in the revised bid. Things I'd already paid for were listed in the final bid and other inaccuracies.

I was about just to go with someone else when they offered to come back out to the house to validate any additional changes needed to support a new water softener. Coady Pike and Ryan came out and confirmed that a revised proposal was in order. This was provided and the cost more in line with what I had been expecting. I'm still waiting to hear if their water softener can support WiFi or not but because this is a recent tech capability for this vendor, but Coady said he was in contact with the company that makes the water softener. More to come, I suppose. Coady and Ryan were great though.

Great communication and on schedule. It was a mini split repair and heat pump surge protector for a rental unit, being off-site I was very pleased with the entire experience as was the tenant. Well done Davis and office staff!

Our leaking water heater was replaced the same day with a quick response by Oliver, who introduced himself gave us 2 estimates on a 40 and 50 gal. heater and got to work installing a new one. They were quickly responsive, had a workable solution, reasonable price quote, and polite. I have started the process to get them back to do the work. They came back in about a week and fixed the shower and created an access to the plumbing so we didn't need to destroy the tile. So pleased! Thank you, CPI guys! Ryan came out to fix the leaky broken wax ring under the toilet the very same day I called. He even crawled under the house to make sure the subfloor was ok. Thank you!

Ryan at CPI was great. He was available to arrive 30 minutes after my initial call for a faulty hose bib and a sewer smell coming from the upstairs tub. My dog loved Ryan, and he knocked out the work super quick. I was able to take a couple Zoom calls while he worked; next thing I knew, the hose bib was installed in the crawl space and works great. The tub job was a bit pricey and didn't fix the issue, but I am satisfied with the services performed. I'm 1 step closer to troubleshooting the tub drain issue.

I scheduled an appointment with CPI to do a tuneup on my heat pump system! Manuel showed up on time and was both knowledgeable and professional! He serviced the heat pump and inspected the plumbing system for potential issues and made several suggestions to upgrade our plumbing system that we are considering! I highly recommend Manuel V. And the whole CPI team!

CPI was recommended by ServPro. I was skeptical at first, because of the low rating and reviews. However, I was desperate so I contacted them, and surprisingly enough they answered the phone on a weekend. I spoke with (Abby) and she was very helpful and informative. Trevor was dispatched to look into the leak coming from my main waterline and he was able to repair it within 2 days. Trevor was upfront and honest about how much the whole project would cost which I appreciated. Highly recommend!

My original water heater had broke for probably the 5th time. Called for qoutes to install the new one that was purchased from home depot. The appointment was set for 12/15/21 they called to let me know a service team was in my area and could come a day early. This company and the teams respond in timely manner are professional and informative. Henry and Brianna had a tough job and they did so with enthusiasm.

The price is as expected for this kind of work. They helped lower the cost for me incredibly and I am so very thankful for how they worked with me on that. I recommend these guys!
