THE BEST PLUMBING COMPANY EVER! We have struggled for 20 years with a troubled main sewer line. It would back up every year and we have had some 12-15 different plumbers here to clean it out over the years. It took Trusted Plumbing to thoroughly assess the situation, prescribe the work to be done and then to do it with excellent service, attention and precision. Jim was the first on the scene and he removed an aged back flow check valve that was practically rusted shut. Jim then was able to run a video camera down the line and found two major breaks along with multiple sets of tree roots grown into the line.

After clearing the obstructions Jim scheduled us for a main sewer line replacement with a new liner. David and Clint were out yesterday and completed the work in approximately 6 hours. It was an amazing process to witness and the efficiency of these two guys was impressive especially in a massive 3 hour downpour. I also want to say that the front office folks are easily the most helpful, courteous and knowledgable I've ever dealt with.

All around, I am extremely thankful for these fine folks at Trusted Plumbing. I can now finally rest easy with a brand new perfectly installed sewer line. We give Trusted Plumbing and Heating our highest recommendation!

Nathan and Thomas were quite pleasant, helpful, courteous, and professional. Company came out to repair a hot water heater they installed 2 years ago. The thermostat had gone bad and they had no problem fixing it under warranty. I did have to pay for labor which is understandable but they handled the warranty claim for the parts. While they were here I also asked about replacing a hose bib and they quoted me a fair price and said they could do it right away during the same visit.

A couple weeks later I started having the same problem with my hot water heater and they came out, fixed another part, and didn't charge me. Really appreciate their hard work and making sure the customer is taken care of.

We had a blockage in our sewer. Jim came over and assessed what is going on. We had this problems and contacted several different companies. Jim uncovered a major problem in our sewer. It was blocked by the light post. Others did not see that. We were given only temporary solutions. But with Jim's discovery, it faved the way for the final solution. Thanks, Jim. I can truly say that they can really be "Trusted".

We had a clogged drain and they came over quickly and fixed the problem and did not overcharge us. They were fast and professional. I would recommend them. To often many of us complain but don't tkae the time to leave compliments or positive feedback. These guys did a great job. Very happy with our working sewer. It's amazing how we don't appreciate the simple things like a dishwasher until we can't use it.

Had them out to fix a couple issues at my Mom's that I just couldn't get to, they did an excellent job at a fair price, they were clean cut and in full uniform. Mom was very happy with the work and I was pleased to hear such an fair and honest job was completed.

He rearranged his work schedule to accommodate our needs, sent out a great crew who solved the problem and provided additional information that was critical for us to move forward. There aren't many times one can say they enjoyed having the plumber out to fix leaky plumbing and a clogged drain, but I sure did enjoy having Don and Kai out last week. Very personable and knowledgeable! Don explained what was causing my issues and the various ways to go about solving them. Then he let me decide! Kai figured the estimate and then they were right to fixing things! Honest, trustworthy, thoughtful, efficient, skilled, knowledgeable are just a few of the word to describe these men. Tanner came out to scope out a sewer line, he called 20 minutes before arriving. 1 in my mind so I can expect him. We talked about scope of work which included sewer scope on a smaller structure and getting estimates for my bigger plumbing project. He was easy to talk to and understood quickly what I was trying to accomplish. Along the way, he'd tell me what he will do next. Tanner was detail oriented and thorough with the sewer scope.

We had a long line and luckily not many issues. Whenever he sees something, he'd back up and revisit that area multiple times while explaining what he thought it was. He also took the time to locate the issue area so that we can talk about possible solution options. Finally, he is respectful, to me, to the property and friendly to my kids. I'd recommend Trusted Plumbing based on my experience with them. Ask for Tanner to do your sewer scope.

I had some plumbing issues needing addressed. A clean and friendly gentleman name James was sent out to my home to take care of my plumbing needs, he was on time clean and very courteous. When it came to my plumbing he was very knowledgeable and didn't sell me on anything I didn't absolutely need.

I love this company. Best plumber I've ever used. James has helped us with four different issues over the past few months since we bought our house. (It's a 100-year old house in Magnolia.) He's been super responsive, skilled, and clean. I will continue to use him whenever a plumbing issue comes up!

I have used this company twice and they are amazing! I will never use any other plumber. The first time they came out and helped install a new drain clean out and blew our roots out of my drain line. Jim worked with me on my budget and the quality of work he provided was great! Not to mention he did this during a Seahawks Playoff game. The second time Chris installed 2 new shower valves for our master bathroom.

He did a great job sweating the lines and the quality of work was great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the Renton area. Very quick and reliable.

Ahhhh, the joys of being a homeowner. Fortunately, Trusted Plumbing took care of my leaking kitchen faucet, continuous water flowing toilet within hours of my calling for help. They were professional and courteous. The cost was pretty industry standard. I thought it was reasonable for the work they performed. I highly recommend this company.
