I was lied to about emergency pricing and was charged over $1000 for 30 minutes of labor. My heat still does not work, and our home is below 40 degrees on Christmas Eve. The repairman was polite and believed to have solved our problem but left after 30 minutes. I was charged for 2 hours of travel and an additional hour. The representative I spoke with before and after the service call was one of the rudest individuals I've ever interacted with over the phone. Update: I was contacted by one of the owners so he could better understand my situation and frustration.

He was very sympathetic and understood why I was so upset. He and others from his team worked to better our unfortunate situation, and we are now hopefully on our way to a repaired furnace as soon as possible. As for the pricing, I was grateful to have been refunded for the travel time I was previously charged for.
