Kane was a prompt, professional, and a kind service provider. He broke down the mumbo jumbo language of pipe repair into something I can understand(because I know ZERO about plumbing) and made me feel the decision making process was easy, and helped fix my crawl space leak. He's a pro and I highly recommend. He will be our plumber for any future problems we have (and I'm sure we'll have them as vacation home was built in the 60's) He will be in the future.my guy for any lake-house needs.

I called Monster plumbing with an issue I've been trying to resolve for almost 2 weeks now. When I called, Cain answered and was very attentive he told me he would be out to check the problem today and within a couple of hours and that he was. Kane was the fifth person I called I have a tankless water heater it wasn't working and I shutoff valve in the basement was leaking because of me trying to handle. No one would come out at 7:30 om until the next day, one say he would come but it would be two hours. Kane showed up repaired the leak in the basement came the next day to replace the water heater.
I was also happy with the cost, I had been having problem and had someone check and give me a quote it was much higher. I would use him again and recommend him, my experience was great.

We found that we had a leak under the house which was coming from our kitchen. The pipes have probably been in our house since it was built in 1965. Kane came out and replaced all the pipe work under the house all in one day and did a great job. Thank you Kane for all your hard work. I highly recommend Monster Plumbing.
