Pure-Line Plumbing is a fantastic company. They are family oriented and always do an amazing and cost- efficient job. I really appreciate how considerate they were of my home and how they made sure to leave the floors clean. Other than their stellar work, you would never have known they were there. They answered all of my questions and were knowledgeable and friendly.

Amazing service, Amazing attitude. Edwin and his crew of five men repaired a sewer pipe at my house. On the second day they worked from 8 am to 2 am ( 18 hours with only food and water breaks). they worked to finish before a large thunderstorm was forecasted to hit the next day. I would absolutely hire them again for any job large or small.

Kevin and Chris did a thorough and efficient job of locating the exact location of a leak within a wall, accessing the leak, repairing (and explaining the repair) and then cleaning up everything and making sure I was satisfied before departing.

Pure-Line Plumbing was great with both their services and fair pricing. I had Dwayne install a stainless-steel residential hot water tank that has a lifetime tank warranty. He first came to the house and did a through assessment of my house's current plumbing situation and we discussed various options for the hot water tank replacement as well as a new pressure relief value and shut off valve.

He was especially mindful of the high quality brass pipes that are in my house and the need to use brass to complete this new job. The Pure-Line office prepared and sent to me a detailed quote and gave me a generous discount for having registered on their website to receive a new customer discount. Dwayne and his co-worker spent a full day removing the old tank, installing the new tank and the pressure relief value and shut off valve. They did an excellent job. Very high quality work! Dwayne came out to assess replacement of a pressure relief valve (PRV) and if an outside spigot needed to be replaced. Dwayne arrive on time, was very professional and went above and beyond to quickly and accurately determine how to resolve the issues. Dwayne also took videos while under the house to show me that my expansion tank needed to be replaced and discovered a water leak unrelated to the PRV assessment.

He could not locate the source of the water leak so he gave me a contact reference who could help. Dwayne gave me an estimate of cost for repairs and returned as scheduled to fix all issues and did a great job. The spigot could be fixed, did not need to be replaced. Great job. Duayne, came on time and went to find the part needed for this special toilet, put it in and was a pleasant guest in my house. He also tested my water to make sure the filter was keeping chlorine was not eating up the gaskets. I will certainly call him again when the need arises. Tom Hardison

Dwayne and rob were the technicians that came to my house, they were both very polite and very professional. Dwayne is very knowledgeable about his profession and was able to explain to me the situation so I could easily understand, rob is a hard worker and also knowledgeable in his field. Because of these two I will use pure line plumbing for any future needs.

Dwayne of Pure-Line was able to resolved a leakage that caused a substantial increase in water usage, a different plumbing company was unable to determine the source and fix the leakage. Thank you Dwayne for your excellent service.

Eli Zayas of Pure-Line Plumbing did a great job installing a new faucet in the kitchen sink and a new shower head. He had all the tools and materials that he needed, and he took away all the residue and old faucet when the job was done. He wore shoe covers and spread a waterproof mat in front of the sink and was careful that no water spilled inside the cabinet or on the floor. And, most important the job was done carefully and well. He called me in to explain how everything worked and made sure that I could operate all the mechanisms. Great job!

It was a simple repair of a water line that had been pierced by a nail. The work was performed to our satisfaction and the plumber was professional.

The Repairman was great. He showed up on time, took a look and gave me an estimate quickly. He asked me if I knew where the shut off valve was and because of my short time in the house I did not. He located the shut off valve and then let me know where it was located for future reference. He work efficiently and the work was completed in a about 45 minutes.

The Repairman also pointed out that the air handler under the house had what he thought was excessive condensation. He was being kind an helped me identify a problem with my air handler and condenser unit.
