I have found my plumber. I was so pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and kindness. I've already called my mom and told her to call here if she ever has plumbing issues. I'm also going to be contacting them with any of my plumbing needs. He also doesn't just fix the issue or write down what needs to be done and that's it. He takes the time to explain "this needs fixing and this is the reason why". I highly, highly recommend.

Cant say enough about Fix the Drip. This is the 2nd time I have use them. I need my new range hood that required duct work as well as a new outlet. Ben & Tyler from Fix The Drip came through tornado warnings with rain-wind to pick up and install a new water heater along with pipe repair and new ball valve replacement. not stopping until completion around 7pm tonight. I cannot say or write enough great accolades about him and his company! Some things like water leaks and tank failures you cannot control, but who you call to come and repair them you definitely can! We ended up having a busted pipe in our master bedroom that messed up our wall and carpet. Glad my partner Marcus found Fix the Drip and called their emergency line. Mr. Benjamin came out ASAP and not only did he go above and beyond to fix the issue, he also taught us along the way. He gave us so much valuable information and also informed us on what to look out for just in case something like this happens again.
We definitely will be using their services in the near future when we replace our hot water heater. Glad we found this gem of a company on the first shot because if Mr. Benjamin wasn't able to come out when he did the damage would have been way worse. Thanks again Fix the Drip : Edwards Family

The service was great fixed my problem quickly. I called him and explained my issue and he stated that he would be at my house to fix my problem within the hour. He arrived within the time frame he said he would and explained the best plan of action and did the work and then had me look at his work before closing up so that I was sure of the solution. Ben was GREAT. I had 3 estimates done by different people and he was the MOST hands on. He thoroughly explored all possibilities and gave me a GREAT rate. He is multi-talented so I WILL be hiring Fix the Drip to get the job done. They are very knowledgeable and great at solving problems! We received exemplary service from the moment I spoke with Ben concerning the issues we were having in our home (water leak/damaged basement ceiling/water heater malfunctions) to having Nick in our home repairing those issues. They both were very professional, clearly knowledgeable in their field, and honest, which speaks volumes to me because they could have easily taken advantage of my mother and I, who knows very little about any of this. Ben was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He responded immediately to our request on Home Advisor, fixed our drip, did some additional small plumbing items that needed attention and because of his thoroughness, detected and repaired a minor issue we were unaware of that would have ended up causing a plumbing disaster.
