Cooper plumbing responded to me in less than 10 minutes and had someone at my house in less than 30 min. Specifically, I had James Cueller and he was so kind and helpful. I actually didn't even have a plumbing issue, it was a result of an AC issue, but James was able to identify it AND fix it. Cooper Plumbing is saved in my rolodex as a permanent business I'll use! You won't be disappointed!

The showed up early and looked at the job quickly. Good communication and friendly with a reasonable service diagnostic charge.

Update 6/2022: Still 5 stars! Had a sink clog. They were prompt, professional, and did the job perfectly. Also flushed out the A/C condensate line. Esteban made the correct diagnosis and then a speedy repair. The cost was 1/5 of what was quoted by another company. I say that Esteban did his repair in a professional manner. I thought I had a collapsing sewer line in my hands - Esteban and crew came out and diagnosed the real issue - a prior owner had installed a makeshift cleanout that wasn't actually tied in to the line - just sitting atop a hole. They worked with me on the price and had the new cleanout plus proper tie-in to the waste lines complete within the afternoon along with running a scope to check the lines were clear. Really appreciated the calm and friendly approach.

We had low water pressure in a few fixtures. Previous plumbers hired through our home warranty couldn't find the issue, suspecting water heater issues, or corrosion in pipes. Austin came out, on time, and diagnosed the problem correctly as multiple unrelated issues. He fixed the kitchen faucet quickly, and told us what to do for other areas ourselves to help us save some money. Fast, honest, professional, and reasonable. Will definitely use them again. I had a front lawn leak, I called another plumbing company, they made me wait a week before they would come out, and when they did they told me there was nothing they could do, complete waste of my time. I chose Cooper Plumbing because they were located nearby, had numerous great reviews, and their website indicated that they were very familiar with tankless water heaters. A real person answered the phone (shock) and was able to schedule my appointment for the same day. Luckily, Travis was my assigned plumber. He was knowledgeable and patient as I explained my problem and was able to explain in layman's terms the possible solutions.

He started with the least expensive and it solved my problem. I can't comment on how their prices rate with other companies but can only imagine less reputable companies/plumbers would have taken advantage of a senior female to do more than necessary to increase the expense. It's refreshing to find a company like Cooper Plumbing and I will definitely be calling them for any future needs. If all their plumbers are as personable, qualified, and competent as Travis, I will feel confident in using them again.

It turned out I only needed to replace the flapper on my toilet to fix my immediate problem - something I could easily do myself - but I didn't know that at the time I called Cooper Plumbing. My ex has always handled home repairs, but now it's on me to figure it out. Needless to say, online reviews were extremely important to me in deciding who to call.

I called CP because of their overall excellent reviews. I was not disappointed - great response time, exceptional customer service, knowledge, professionalism - 5 stars all around. I was told upfront that a fee of $49 would be charged to assess the problem and then, if I wanted them to do that work, that fee would go toward the work. The plumber who made my service call, Scott Miller, quickly assessed the problem.

He gave me a range of options from me installing a $7 flapper to him installing a new toilet. This toilet is 37 years old and DOES need to be replaced. I plan to renovate my bathrooms this year, so I obviously chose the cheapest option. But, since I was paying for Scott's time on this service call, why not ask questions? Scott showed me how to replace the flapper and then answered my oh so many questions on what was involved on the plumbing side of a bathroom renovation.

He gave me ballpark estimates on costs, made suggestions on pipes, the best water-efficient toilets, etc. and gave me some great tips on working with a contractor. Many of my questions were pretty basic, but Scott made me feel comfortable in asking them. I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He was also a really nice person! And he didn't make me feel stupid - I know I asked some pretty stupid questions!

After talking with Scott, I feel more confident in talking to a contractor about my bathroom renovations and plan to use Cooper Plumbing as the licensed plumber for this job. I will be asking for Scott! If the other guys who work for CP are anything like Scott, you are in good hands. I have trust and confidence they will shoot straight with you, not try to up-sell nor take advantage of your "lack of plumbing knowledge." I will absolutely be calling CP for my future plumbing needs and don't hesitate to recommend them.

Travis was incredible! We live in a 70s fixer upper that continues to surprise us with all her issues! I was noticing that the trim in our bathroom was rotting but I had no clue why! Travis came in and immediately found the leak. He even went over and above to advise me on how to remodel the bathroom! He fixed our leaking bathtub and we were able to use it that night! Travis and his team did a great job changing the design of our circulation line system. I previously had a system that used a valve to allow for use of the cold water line to circulate hot water to the master bathroom. Travis redesigned the system to have a dedicated line for the circulation of the hot water system. This is a much more reliable system. They were professional and performed good work the right way with consideration for future servicing. I highly recommend these folks.

Was very happy with their prompt service. We didn't need an immediate repair, but they were able to schedule very soon after I reached out. Travis was responsible and professional, handling our valve repair as soon as he could locate the part. Wish the price had been lower, but we do understand that plumbing can be a costly repair. I texted Cooper Plumbing on Sunday afternoon because of a water leak. They responded immediately and said they had an opening the next day. I called in the morning, was put on the schedule, and later that afternoon had someone at our house. Travis, the plumber who visited us, was exceptional. He arrived on time, was professional, and clearly explained what the problem was and how to resolve it.

This included a toilet installation, which he had in his truck and replacing a P-trap in our kitchen. They may be a little more expensive but it is worth every penny to get good service when needed and very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

These are my new plumbers. Prompt service and very knowledge. Mark came out and had the backup in the drain fixed quickly. He was very neat and cleaned everything up. He was very nice to talk to and gave me some pointers about keeping my drain clear because of roots in the system. The pricing was very fair too.
