I had Nate come to the house. He showed up at 1:00pm when they said he will be there between 1-2. Showed up right at the beginning. found the problem with in 2 minutes and went to work and changed the part and cleaned up the furnace. Service was fast and properly done. Fire and Ice did an awesome job. Thank you.

We recently had Fire & Ice install a new Carrier furnace and central air conditioner. Mike came out to give us the quote and was very courteous and informative... The installers arrived on time. Jeff and Jason were friendly, kind, courteous, and efficient. The performance of their work was A++++. They left the basement area neat and tidy and all cleaned up...

I was running behind and Brett was not only able to handle entering the house but doing everything on my laundry list I needed done and I only had to rattle through the my todo list one time. His next call was to inform me everything was complete along with sending me photos of everything he did, the damaged parts and to make sure it was all I needed and wanted done.

We built a new home and did have some issues with our furnace and water. Fire and Ice were very diligent in making sure things worked as they should. They could have just said thats the way it works but they did not. They were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. Little glitches with a new home build are expected but having someone who listens to you and takes care of the problem is very important and appreciated.
