We are really happy with the work that SWAN did to install a new heat pump and furnace in our home. Our main installation technician, Daniel, did a great job. Our home is over 100 years old so these types of projects always present unique challenges. The installation took longer than expected, but we really appreciate that Daniel took the time to customize the installation to fit our small space. We could tell that Daniel cared about quality and takes pride in his work.

Service was awesome from beginning to end. The person who answered the phone was friendly and fit me in quickly. Drilon was honest and explained the proposed fixes well. He didn't try to oversell me which I really appreciated. And he listened well to my questions and concerns too! And Ricardo is amazing. He did the work of 2 guys himself and installed a whole new system in less than a day! He was professional and courteous and explained all his work and how to operate everything to me as well. Definitely will be using SWAN again!

As always, Swan did a fantastic job! Shane was courteous, professional, and walked me through the maintenance inspection. He took the extra time to not only explain the the different recommendations based on his findings, but the rationale for each recommendation. This was my first time using Swan Plumbing and I could not be more pleased with the service from the technician, John Waters! He was friendly, pleasant, professional and was kind in answering all my questions John also took the time to fix a bathtub faucet that wasn't working because of a minor clog. He was sure to check all the other faucets for leaks.

I would give him 10 stars if I could. I am so happy I joined the Swan Club and feel very confident in their professionalism and fairness. It's comforting to know they are reliable and can be counted on for service. I recommend them 100%!

Swan is awesome. Everyone we spoke to was great. They came out same day in the snow when the furnace went out. They installed a new one that day! We needed a new AC too and while they couldn't do it that day because of snow ( had to get up on the roof of a condo building) they came out within 2 days to get it installed. They even sent a courier out to me in Fort Collins to pick up the payment when I couldn't get down to Denver.

I've not experienced this type of customer service and expediency ever! When they say 24 hour turnaround on service they mean it. They have warranties on everything, it covers everything. Ended up getting their annual maintenance service too due to their follow up and handling everything just as they promised. i think this is a company that is proud of their work and stands by their customer. I am really glad we contracted with them.

Ricardo and Miguel did a fantastic job of removing our old HVAC system and installing a new furnace and A/C unit. They were super professional, informative, thorough, courteous and timely. Ricardo took time to explain their whole process, system operation, and answer all of our questions. He set our thermostat for us, explained about rebates and informed us of inspection requirements and paperwork that we will receive. We could not be more pleased with their work and definitely recommend them to anyone who needs honest, professional, quality work.

I have used Swans for the last several years for my heating and A/C needs. Each employee does a great job. Today I had Moe. Amazing young man. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. We recently moved to Colorado and a friend recommended Swan's Membership Plan. Yesterday a member of the Swan team, Tyler, visited to complete our first HVAC system maintenance and review. He was extremely professional, thorough and explained in detail the ins and outs of our system. Tyler recommended a few changes and upgrades, but did not push for me to decide immediately. I was extremely pleased with the service and even happier that I joined the Membership Plan.

Very happy customer! I was so impressed with my experience with SWAN. Their customer service providers were very friendly, responsive, and professional. Although it's a busy time of year, they were able to get a technician out same day. The technician sent out to my home, John, arrived on time and was very professional. He walked through everything he was doing and made sure I understood what he was doing during the entire process. I was also impressed with how reasonable their prices were. I will definitely be using SWAN in the future for any HVAC needs!

Shane from Swan did a great job on the service call for our HVAC and tankless water heater. He helped us with an odor issue we were having through the ventilation System. I was very satisfied with his knowledge of he issue and help.

I am extremely happy with the service received from Swan Plumbing, Heating & Air of Denver. My Trane heating system was not working and of course the house was cold. I called on them late in the afternoon. They scheduled the service call and arrived at my residence at 9:00 AM the next day, as promised. Moe, the technician, was extremely knowable, skilled, thorough, and very professional in his work.

He had to install a new circuit board in my unit. He completed this work in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I will call on Swan again if and when these types of problems occur. Thanks much Swan. Your help is really appreciated.

They are professional, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to make sure you understand how best to take care of your furnace and water heater to make it last as long as possible. Jon was extremely professional, extremely communicative, and the visit was very educational. We have an old house, (built in the early 1950's), so there are a lot of things common to homes in our era that are uncommon in modern homes; and yes, that includes the plumbing Jon was great at explaining the updates that need to be done, great at giving advice on pros and cons of certain procedures, and not at all pushy in ANY way. He was very respectful, and very personable. Thanks for the great visit!

Chris from Swan Plumbing was great. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in discussing our options, and by the end of the project I trusted him implicitly. We got some outrageous quotes from other companies, and when discussing them with Chris, it was clear he took it personally that others were inflating their estimates. Swan was able to give us the best price, and Chris' integrity was really refreshing and reassuring. I'll be going back to Swan for our next job.

Explained in order to put in a new box behind the washer they would have to cut the drywall they knew what size the frame was that giro around the cut out but the finished project I has a hole above the frame when I asked about it I was told it easily can be fixed and I know I can do it and I know I can have someone do it however I was not real pleased.

hey have been nothing but great every since interaction! My house always has something to come up with the shower, pipes, toilet, furnace, etc. Things getting old or breaking etc. I NEVER have luck with companies for anything (moving, repairs, etc) but these guys have changed that! I am grateful they can do many things! They have even replaced my AC and furnace!

This particular interaction was to fix a clogged toilet that I couldn't fix myself and Jeremi fixed it very well! Earlier in the year he identified that my basement was flooding from a busted pipe on Memorial day and fixed it! When things break it is very stressful but these guys help make it all better with their flexibility to help ASAP, reasonable prices, and friendly service.

They are also always very upfront and communicate well. They show me what is wrong and let me decide how to handle the issue! I never feel confused or pressured. I also do their service plan that includes checkups yearly (AC, water heater, etc) and gives 20% all services, I highly recommend that.

Called Swan to replace a hose bib that had split during the last cold snap. Spencer repaired it fast with no problems so my wife can start to use it for spring watering. Asked if there was anything else he could help with while he was there. The water dispenser and therefore also the ice maker hadn't worked on our fridge since we bought it last year.

Other plumbers had recommended re-plumbing the whole supply line. Spencer looked at it, said "It's the saddle valves", replaced them with newer type valves less than an hour later, viola! Ice water and now ice! Thank you, Spencer! I recommend this company to everyone.

Jordan was such a great help yesterday! It is never any fun to wake up after a snow storm with no heat in the house, BRRRRRR!!!!!. It's even worse when it's a day your kids don't have school and are already freezing when they wake up... I thought I knew what was wrong and I was close but Jordan showed me exactly what happened. He showed me the part so I could see that it was cracked from wear; I guess that happens in a 20 year old furnace LOL.

I am no fool when it comes to service issues and did my own repair cost research so that I wouldn't get "ripped off". Jordan came back with a reasonable fee to fix it. He even needed to drive an hour to go get the part and come back that same day so we had heat again. Thanks Jordan for doing a great job! You made me feel comfortable with the work being done and because of you I will be using Swan to replace my furnace and AC later this year and for anything else I may need until that happens.

Detlef and Matt replaced a sump pump, a gas line, and modified a hose bib on the back patio. They took time to not only do the work in an exceptional manner, but make sure I knew what they were doing. I was very comfortable with all of their work and their explanations. They truly represent the best of Swan Heating and Plumbing and are just another reason I will never use any other company to do the heating/plumbing work at my house.

I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Drilon. He was professional and communicated to me in manner that allowed me to understand the potential problems with the water heater and how he would check and fix the problem/s. I would highly recommended SWAN Plumbing, Heating & Air to anyone.
