One of our apartments had a drain plugged in an area difficult to reach. The 1st plumber we called finally suggested pulling the bathtub - a very costly solution. We called A-List. They came when promised and Sam, after trying the conventional way to unplug the drain, came up with a much less expensive way to get the job done. I was so glad we made the call! -- Shawn (manager)

I always have had great experiences with Heath! He drops everything to make time for my home plumbing emergency or projects. I had a sewer line break and he made arrangements for the utilities company to check for electrical or gas. I dug up my front driveway and he came to connect and repair the sewer line over 30 feet. I also had a bathroom remodel and he has moved my water heater, sink & washer dryer hook ups

We recen tly had A-List Plumbing install a new water heater at our home in Lynnwood and they were great to work with. Their plumber was knowledgable, helped us with all of our questions and was able to provide a few options on different types of hot water heaters. We ended up going with a tankless hot water system because we have a large household that goes through a lot of water and like the energy effiiciency that the tankless system provides.

If I could give Heath and A List 10 stars I would! We've had him out to three separate locations to do a variety of jobs. Every time, I've worked with Heath and his assistant Brie to let them know what is going on. He's always done the work is LESS time than what I'd expect, and his work is top notch. The last time I had him out for a separate issue, I had him take a look at a shower that was making some noise thinking that we had some time to fix the issue.
Since that time, Heath had ordered the part needed from the manufacturer for free. When the time came that the sound was getting louder & I called to have him out again, Heath installed the part at no charge. I couldn't believe him when he told me that. I can't recommend the team at A List enough, they're definitely my go to for plumbing needs.

The faucet in our bathroom sink was leaking. We were worried the entire fixture would have to be replaced....nice & expensive. We called A-List Plumbing & had a technician at our condo that afternoon.
Heath arrived & looked at the faucet & instead of recommending that we replace the entire fixture, he suggested that we replace a faulty part. Yes!!!
This saved us a lot of money. The part was ordered & when it arrived, Heath came back & replaced the part with no issues.
