Needed to get our outside faucets replaced and our stove gas line recessed into the wall so our new electric stove would fit properly. BG Plumbing came in and saved the day. We talked over our options for our faucets and decided against my original idea thanks for the knowledgable plumber and came back on their next available opening and recessed our gas line for the stove. Everything went smooth and I appreciated the upfront and honest feedback provided. I'll keep their info handy for any future help needed.

Had to call multiple times for someone to answer. I explained the issue (same issue happens in every single household, sooner or later) I literally told them the brand of faucet with issue, the shape of the faucet, the size of the faucet, the location of the faucet, the age of the house and was I was told $200 just to come out and first available time to go out would be at least 8 days out. Yet their Yelp advertisement says under 1 hour response time. No thanks, not every homeowner is naive gullible and incompetent.

Our appointment this morning (which I had thought was another day, but Mr. Rusev graciously came anyway) was indeed a pleasurable experience. He arrived promptly, quickly assessed the problem, and made the necessary adjustments. The price was reasonable, and certainly worth it. We have already asked him back, for another job. I give him my highest recommendation.

The absolute best. BG has helped us change out the inner workings of our toilet, cut into our wall to change out the value for our upstairs bath (to accept a new fixture), and last but not least change out our water heater. Communicating is a breeze and he has always been able to set up an appointment within days of when I request his services. I trust him completely and know that I am not going to get taken advantage of, so I never question what he quotes (versus the price gouging we experienced from Bullfrog one time, right after the recent winter storm).

I called BG Plumbing for a jammed disposal, and Tsanko (the business owner and master plumber) arrived within 20 minutes of me calling. His $49 charge for a service WAS HALF of what 2 other plumbers I called charge. Very knowledgeable and polite, I will DEFINITELY call him again when I need a plumber.

Tsanko is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and capable plumber. After I called him he arrived very quickly, assessed the situation, and gave me a fair estimate. He thoroughly explained everything, scheduled the work for a few days later, and returned when he said he would. He finished the work in a timely manner and did an outstanding job. No more leaks at my house!

Company is certified for tankless heater service and that's how I found them. However we have been calling them for the last several years for everything that's plumbing related. He's reasonable, work and material are excellent quality, they are responsive and on time. It's a nice thing to have: a reliable pluming professional you can always count on.

Called BG Plumbing in an emergency type of situation. Our sewer line had been broke due to some heavy equipment in our backyard. Tsanko answered the call and came out with in 24 hours to evaluate the repair and gave me an estimate to fix it on the spot. He showed up early the next morning and knocked it out in less than 3 hours and we were back in service in no time. Tsanko lives and works in the Stone Oak area and is the ideal company to have in your phone contacts when you need a plumber if you live out this way. Very friendly and personable gentleman who is professional and does exactly what hey says he's going to do!

Tsanko was amazing in diagnosing and fixing our water pressure regulator. We had the whole house shaking and could not find the source of the noise. He came out and evaluated everything and, once the problem was identified, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled the repair in a couple days. Day of the repair he was on time, courteous, and stuck exactly to his estimate. If you're in search of a trustworthy and reliable plumber, I'd say stop searching and give him a call!

Tsanko is awesome. He quickly responded to my voicemail and arrived within an hour to assess my issue. Repair was completed in about 1.25 hours to include parts run. Very professional. I will definitely call BG Plumbing again.

Found a leaking valve on my water closet. I broke the PEX at the nipple on the elbow in my bungled repair. Tsanko came the next day at the agreed time. Repaired in about an hour. You can see the quality in the photos. Good price. good work = good value. Good conversation was a bonus. When you need repairs give BG a call. Golf swing is similar to tennis stroke. Good to meet you.

Hot water heater went out. We called a few different plumbers. Tsanko came highly recommended & he was awesome. Since it was water heater, Tsanko was able to provide a estimate over the phone & he was spot on. Very professional & came over very quickly. He's now our go to plumber.

Good Evening, Great company outstanding service! My water heater broke so I called BG Plumbing. Mr. Rusev responded very quickly! He came earlier than he said and he replaced my water heater! His job was very professional and clean! I highly recommend BG Plumbing!

Our toilet was leaking from the base, the wax ring was not sealing. BG Plumbing came out ON TIME and took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. He took out the old bolts sealed the toilet to the floor and calked around the toilet. It looks great. He didn't track in any mud or leaves, he was nice and informative and done in one hour and 15 minutes. His fee was reasonable. We were very happy.

Thanks to Tsanko we avoided having to tear up the flooring to fix a slab leak issue. He's very knowledgeable, listens to your concerns, and cleans up after himself. We will definitely use BG Plumbing for future plumbing concerns.

We had a lot of issues going on, and Tsanko was awesome throughout everything. He provided the estimate we needed for insurance, and was very patient as we waited for insurance approval, which took a few days. Good communication, which saved me a lot of anxiety. In the end, we had our water heater replaced, new kitchen faucet, fixed a leak, and replaced outdoor faucet.

I plan to hire Tsanko in the future for any plumbing needs, including putting in a water softener. If you're looking for a great plumber, you will not be disappointed in Tsanko and BG Plumbing.

I had some work done & estimates given for more work. This review is difficult & complicated to write--so I have simplified a complex situation. While the work done was correct--it was also about twice as expensive as the same work by another plumber I called in afterwards. The work done was also the type of repair I have done myself in the past so this was sort of a test.

I was actually disappointed because I believed it to be a simple adjustment rather than replacing a part that I know how to do anyway. Also, every plumber before & after my encounter with BG has always recommended a certain brand of a popular fixture. BG told me he doesn't think this brand is any good & instead of working on them--wanted to replace them with another product. Needless to say, I got frustrated on this matter & was "turned off." Guess what?

I saved about $300 by having the next plumber do it! As far as the estimates for the additional work I was considering--it was also at least twice as expensive & made out to be more complicated than what I actually paid for to have another plumbing company perform. By using another plumber--I saved about $1000 over what BG told me the way he recommended on doing the work--to satisfy himself! It's advisable to get other opinions folks!

No doubt BG does excellent & elegantly designed work--but its pricey and didn't offer me lower cost, but still effective alternative solutions, to solve the issues at my home. Maybe he didn't wanted me to use him again so deliberately was charging me too much. If you do your research here on Yelp, you will find competent plumbers who do good work & at lower rates.

Very professional and reasonably priced. My water heater was replaced very quickly and in a very clean manner. I'm very happy with the work done and would highly recommend BG plumbing for your plumbing needs. I will definitely will be using them again.

Late on a Sunday even, we discovered our kitchen faucet was leaking and dripping into the cabinet beneath. We shut down the water to the sink and we're prepared to wait until later in the week to have a functioning kitchen sink. After all, it was Sunday, followed by a holiday, which meant surely no one would be able to help us until later in the week, right?

Absolutely wrong! I sent a message via the Yelp app to BG Plumbing late, LATE Sunday night and had a response from the owner, Tsanko, early Monday morning. After describing the problem to him, and receiving valuable recommendations as to how to proceed with fixing the problem, he promised to be over at noon. He arrived promptly and ready to get started.

He provided excellent feedback to us as he completed the repair and didn't mind at all discussing future upgrades, be they real or hypothetical; Installing a tankless hot water system or the possibility of running a beer tap to an unused hole on the kitchen sink! (The latter just might happen if we can get the Mrs. on board) The job was finished quickly, cleanly, and without error. BG Plumbing will be my company of choice for years to come! Well, we picked him for having the absolutely highest, almost unreally high Yelp rating - and guess what? - he really was that good. Hence my own 5-star review is here! So, what was great: communication (phone, email, SMS), scheduling, details provided on projects, options given to us, willing to go the extra mile, etc. And yes, we felt that the prices were reasonable.

We used him for 2 projects so far (sort of 2.5) and everything was great or better. What was not so good? Seriously, I cannot think of anything. Hence a proper 5 star review!

I always feel like plumbers try to get you to do more or get more then what you actually need. But Tsanko from BG Plumbing is a very honest and friendly guy. He took the time to show me things and to give me tips on what to look for in the future. I highly recommend BG Plumbing for your plumbing needs - you will be glad that you used them.

BG Plumbing is the most competent and honest plumber I've worked with, and I've worked with quite a few. During my recent house rebuild I worked with several plumbers before Tsanko and each one of them made numerous mistakes. Luckily a friend gave me Tsanko's number. He fixed the mistakes done before him and completed the plumbing of the whole house on time and on budget, needless to say, he has done outstanding job.
BG Plumbing is one of the few contractors I can recommend, and I've been recommending him a lot, and every time he does excellent job. Please do yourself a favor, hire him and you won't regret.
