Dan was pleasant and punctual. He took on a big job of replacing vent stack & old cast iron and galvanized metal pipes as major part of our upstairs bathroom re-do. I appreciate that he referred a good tile man, although the whole project wound up taking a month, rather than expected 2 weeks. We wound up tearing up the entire bathroom floor in order to get to the pipes, so there wound up being a lot of debris.

I note that although the estimate included "hauling away" all the debris, the bulk of debris was bagged up and taken to the curb by me and hauled away by City of Cheviot Waste Collection Crew. I mention this because I was under the impression that I was paying Flow-Rite Plumbing to haul it all away. I am glad, however, to have it all completed. Dan seems a fair and honest plumber and we're pleased with the results.

Dan Bauer of Flow-Rite Plumbing is a truly professional, responsive, and knowledgable plumber who I rely on to do plumbing work in our house. Flow-Rite did some plumbing work for me recently and was great about communication, scheduling, and professionalism. Dan walked me through what work was being done and provided a lot of good information for better maintenance of the systems in my house. We just bought a house and I wanted to pick a great plumber who was knowledgeable, friendly and affordable. I found all of that in Flow-rite. Dan came out to look at my long list of fixes left over from the seller and he tackled all of them. He fixed dripping taps, unclogged our drains and even got my washer hooked up to drain (the previous owner had allowed the water to drain into a cracked sink, but Dan installed a drain pipe for us). I have definitely found my go-to plumber and would definitely recommend him to others!
