Excellent! Jesus did an great job with my toilet installation. I should have written this 4 years ago when the work was done but it totally slipped my mind. 4 years later no leaks no issues. Ask for Jesus! Thank You!

They DON'T tell you that a 'trap' is necessary for easy access and the $35 fee. Without a trap it's $125. They came within the time window so I was happy with that. They offered the $600 on the roof cleanout and warranty which was out of the range of reasonable.

They hook you with "$35 Drain Cleaning, but then make you wait several days for the appointment. In our case, the guy NEVER showed. We had a person waiting, looking out the front door, for 3 hours, but since their guy said he went, they refused to RE-schedule, unless we paid $35 twice. Ok, cool. We got another drain cleaner. But a month later, another clog came up, so we figured to give them another chance.

This time, we were rudely told that "$35" us just for them to show up and then the technician will quote the additional cost to clear the drain. It's a stupid bathroom sink! How hard could it be? Totally deceptive!

They are a scam. $35 quickly turns into $275 when they arrive. Also tried to say I needed $1500 work on a studio apartment after he asked me what I do for a living. Do not answer any questions, they are only doing it to size you up and take advantage of you. Avoid at all costs!

In a nutshell, their guys spent roughly 2 and a half hours running (2) 60 minute dishwasher test cycles and sitting around waiting for them to finish to "Diagnose" my issue. Pouring water all over my floors after each attempt, they ultimately advised that the Motor on the Pump of my Dishwasher was faulty and that I should replace the unit. They charged me $185, after I negotiated down from the original quote of $225.

They never advised a price and literally spent all of 15-20 minutes actually looking at the unit. The rest outside on the phone because they didn't run rinse cycles to test the unit. We had another company come out the next day, clear our Air Gap hose, and wala, unit works perfect. (10 minute visit, $40 service call) I am super reasonable. I understand companies have bad days; but I expect a company to acknowledge when they have a bad day and right the wrong.

Me agreeing to eat $75 of the original charge was a gift, but still they refused to negotiate a refund and kept all $185 of my money. $185 down the drain AND NEVER WAS THAT DRAIN "CLEANED" for $35! I made one last attempt to come to an agreement via Yelp Messaging and the Owner advised it was "Case Closed" and that I was "Free to leave a review, as that's my right". Super condescending, super difficult to get a hold of and not worth the aggravation. We will fight this charge with the Merchant Processor.

I cannot emphasize how much you should find a different company to come for your plumbing needs. I thought they were great at first, came out promptly, we paid for the service and a one year warranty. The issue happened again and they came out and then recommended we purchase another service. I declined and said at the time it was not something feasible to do.

And they refused after that to service the home any more. No where in any document I signed was there print saying they can refuse service based off me not purchasing more from them. Because of that- I find this extremely shady. Mind you the service and warranty was a little under $500. Save your money and go to someone honorable and reputable. They will not even return my phone calls now. AND the receptionist got incredibly rude once I questioned their policy.

Just red flag after red flag. Never again. -- in response to the owner so kindly responding finally I have called multiple times within the past two weeks. Your dispatcher was rude to ME and the tenants on the phone. Do not try to spin it just to save face. I also do NOT have a broken pipe but thank you for feeling like you should add that. Your guy came out with the wrong tools and never came back. And that's when your company stopped responding to me. I will be contacting the BBB.

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. The company does NOT honor their warranties and they lack customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Not recommend. Very dishonest company. Their warranty promises are fake and dishonest. This company does not follow through with warranties and try to take every dime they can get from you. Do yourself a favor, skip this place and go to someone we'll known. This company may seem like a promising company but you get what you pay for.

Jerry G. was here within an hour or so of calling and got my drain cleaned quickly. Very nice guy and I was pleased that the service was actually $35. So many times you see this but somehow you never qualify for the great price but I did. Will definitely use again.

These folks are fantastic! I had an extremely slow drain in the shower, and they were able to come out right away. Jerry was prompt, he wore a mask and booties, and he got the job done even though it was a stubborn clog and needed another tool to get it out. He was also really kind and polite. Seriously, if you're having drain issues, give these guys a call! With their prices, you don't need to try and fish out the gunk yourself. save yourself the nightmares lol!

This company was fantastic. I had a drain stoppage on a Sunday. I called three or four of the big-name companies in San Diego and none of them could come until Wednesday. The lowest price I could find was $53 from Andersen. Anderson could not come until Tuesday. Thank goodness, I kept searching, and I found $35 drain cleaning. I was amazed that they made an appointment for me the following day at 7 AM!

The plumber, Jerry Garcia, showed up on time and managed to unstop my drain in less than 15 minutes. Very professional, polite, and good-natured. And the best part Is my bill was just $35 for service in less than 24 hours. Screw the big guys and do your Internet research!

Our 75-year-old cast iron waste lines were rusted and in poor shape. I called three companies to get bids on replacing the waste lines and vent stacks in a small bathroom. When Jerry from Baird Drain Service arrived I was immediately impressed with his enthusiasm and can-do attitude. He told me that he takes pride in his work and enjoys the challenges it offers.

He conducted a thorough inspection and after a phone consultation with his office provided a reasonable bid. When Jerry told me he could start work that afternoon, I quickly said yes. Because of the poor condition of our cast iron waste lines, it turned out that we also needed to replace the 53 feet long main sewer line. This is the drain pipe that runs from the house to the street. Digging a diagonal trench across our front yard wasn't easy.

It entailed digging up a courtyard and sidewalk with pavers, burrowing underneath a 25-year-old olive tree, and taking care not to cut through PVC irrigation lines, drip irrigation hoses and low voltage cabling criss-crossing the front yard. Jerry and his crew made the job a priority. He was here every day and worked from dawn to dusk, including the weekend, until he finished the job at noon on Monday.

During this entire project Jerry kept me fully informed of their progress through in-person chats and text messages. Each night before leaving Jerry and his crew cleaned up the yard and put up safety barriers. By the time they completed the project you could hardly tell anything had happened. I highly recommend Jerry and Baird. They are drain specialists.

They repair and replace drain and waste pipes. They do not work on supply lines. So, if you're experiencing any drain issues, request an evaluation by Jerry from Baird Drain Services. I think you'll be pleased.

Courteous and prompt same day response. However, they came by looked at the drain and quoted $585 for a drain / pipe cleaning. They did lowered the price to $485. They didn't perform any service at all or take any tools out but still charged the $35. Called another plumber and the drain was cleared in about 30 seconds.

Had a drain issue at our restaurant that happened to get pretty bad during service. Jerry got back to me really quick and showed up less than 30 minutes after he called to let me know he was on his way. He snaked and jetted the drain and fixed it right away. Definitely would recommend

Jerry came out ASAP for what we thought would be a routine drain cleaning. It turned out to be a nightmare project, but Jerry and his team were confident, professional, and worked incredibly hard to complete the project efficiently, competently, and at a reasonable price. We discovered my 1950s iron pipes had rusted through and had to break up the garage floor and my front yard to replace the line with actual pipes that worked. Jerry's guys did all the demo and trenched it all out and replaced it, working hard from sun up to sun down for a few days (it was a pretty large job) and I appreciate every moment of their labor.

I wasn't able to pay all at once, but they were able to work out a very generous payment plan with me, and I finished paying it off today (work was completed last month). When they were done, they filled everything back in, redid the stucco on the wall they had to cut open, put in several cleanouts in easy to reach locations, did a wonderful job on the concrete, and I've used the newly tilled soil to start an organic garden in my yard.

Also they all were very conscious of COVID guidelines and made sure to properly social distance if I had to get by and wore their masks when they would be around anyone. Thank you for all of your hard work!

$45 for a tub drain is a deal! 100% improved from a difficult clog. Jerry was prompt. He worked efficiently and neatly. Will use these services again in thefuture.

Had them originally come out on Monday but had a scheduling conflict. They responded right away and changed the appointment to Tuesday morning. They came out today and were completely professional and fixed the issue in under thirty minutes. Quick and efficient and made sure to communicate with me through the whole process. Great price and great service.

Jerry was efficient, professional and friendly. I immediately saw results on the dragon jetting. Water in sinks, toilets, and washer draining quickly.

Jerry was very nice, he opened the drain cover, looked inside and pulled out a root stream, he put it down and the drain when ssssswish, the drained cleared. But, he said that you know there are more roots in the lines. So he explained I have an old house and we don't know what the inside looks like, we could go ahead with the normal cutting tool and snake, but if the tool snags the line, then more problems will need to be fixed. It's been over 40 years, and my neighbors house had so many roots in the plumbing lines the toilets were popping off the floor.so he said the best would be the high pressure cutting tool on the high pressure washer would cut the roots and not harm the plumbing, all for $485.00.

Big difference in price, $77.00 vs: $485.00.but I'd rather be safe than sorry, so I went for the sure thing and paid the price. One year warranty. I hope I did the right thing!

Called in and was quickly greeted on the phone. I had an issue with a leaky sink, the company scheduled me in for the same day and once they arrived, knew exactly what the problem was. Their plumber was very courteous and very skilled, my problem was taken care of in a very timely manner and I was back to living worry free. Hopefully I will no longer have any plumbing problems, but if I ever need services I now know who to call :

Big shout out to Ali at Best Plumbing! Had a clogged drain at my rental and of course it was in a Sunday. Good luck trying to find any drain guy who works on a Sunday. Ali works 24/7 so I gave him a call. He came within the time mentioned. He might be the hardest working plumber I met as my job was a beast and he did what it took to get it fixed. Price was very fair considering the 4.5 hrs he was there.

After using different plumbing companies, finally I found best plumbing an the owner Ali in the middle of the night came and,ran the cameras to find out the problem we had in our sewer system!a total professional!fix the problem, did an outstanding job, super hard worker and also very clean and passionate about his job!! And the pricing was super fair, after dialing to different companies and not getting a response mr Ali made it happen now my ampm is back to normal.
