I had a gas leak under my house and the gas company didn't know where it was so they shut off my gas. I had called 4 different companies and they all cancelled or said they don't have the equipment to pressure test my gas lines and other excuses. Well Heaney came out and actually spent time looking at the lines communicating with his fellow workers to come up with a plan of action. John was the tech that came out to do the diagnosis.
Now mind you he is a very big man like 6ft 5in man. He took the time to crawl under my house not just once but three times! He went way above and beyond in my book. If he hadn't taken the time he wouldn't have found the 3 leak and my house could of exploded or caught on fire after gas had been turn back on. He even went to the hardware to get new fittings for the gas line for the furnace.
I actually cried when he showed me the gas line for furnace. I just want to say Thankyou to you guys at Heaney! Also they waived my deductible and I am so thankful for that because I don't know how I would of paid them! They are a blessing and Thankyou agin!
