We recently had a gas leak. My wife had just been discharged from the hospital from a stroke. Losing gas was extremely inconvenient. We would have waited until next week. We didnt have to do so. Burford sent a crew out the next day to repair it, Friday they came out to light our pilots. Both crews were EXTREMELY professional and friendly. There office staff was the same. They were all nice to Lauri which is huge with me. They gained a customer!

Buford has been absolutely fantastic. I appreciate the knowledge and care when working. They are quick to answer questions and very quick to come out, take a look, and repair all in one visit. They are the ones to trust. They are reliable and the plumbers are always willing to teach and show how to maintain your plumbing.

This is the most disreputable company I have dealt with in the past 50 years. They quote one price. Put off giving written quotes. Then overcharges by thousands of dollars for work they showed no proof of completing. They also left driveway in shoddy condition after tearing it up to lay sewer line. They don't mind bending truths under oath.

I use these guys for my home, and for my business. They are great to work with, and give excellent service, and they do great work. They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for for, and they back it up!
